No. Give it some time, The Wanted and JLS have massive leads over 3 and 2 respectively :P

I can see SJ having a chart run like: 1 - 1 - 3 - 6 - 10 - 16 - 24 - 30 - 39 - OUT

 

i dont like swagger jagger at all but i hope it does enough to launch the talentless jls off the top spot!

 

JLS aren't talentless. They can sing, their material and lack of creativity lets them down majorly though.

In all fairness JLS do have talent and were actually rather good on X-factor but as SIX stated they have followed the boyband trend of quantity over quality.I hope they can cling onto No 1 though.

I wonder if "Buttery Biscuit Base" can shock everyone and beat "Swagger Jagger" to #1. :P

Hopefully Nero will knock Cher off #1 next week, then the week after it can be Nero vs. Wretch. (And potentially an all-British top seven as I wouldn't be surprised if the current top 5 were still 3-7 in some order that week!)

I think alot of people's hate for 'Swagger Jagger' is fuelled by their hate for Cher, Syco, Simon Cowell, X Factor etc. I think that if 'Swagger Jagger' had been released by Rihanna or Katy Perry, I'm sure that most of you (not all) would be supporting it. -_- I think it's a good song, yes the lyrics are dodgy and it isn't perfect, but it's not that bad!

I totally agree with you, they let themselves down with the material they bring out, it's like they go with what they're been told to do, they have zero creativity. I did like them on X Factor, it showed that they can actually sing but since coming out of the show, the quality of music has been poor, they know girls will run out and buy it, so they don't try hard with making good quality music.

My hate for it is fueled by the fact that every video I try to watch on YouTube right now is first interrupted by a 23 second promo for this "song".

I really hope Nero can make #1, it's an absolute travesty that "Me and You" only made #15.
