I did think of BEP actually! Also Irreplaceable and Tattoo by Jordin Sparks, but I don't think that's quite it either. Been driving me mad thinking about it

I'm having no problems singing it over the top of Leona Lewis' Better In Time...

Ahhh!! Better In Time is a million times better too....

I agree...

I like Price Tag and it's still growing on me but it's certainly nothing that wasn't being done all throughout the 00's with the examples of songs it sounds similar to listed in the last few posts. So to call her 'the Sound of 2011' is perhaps indicating that nothing particularly new or interesting will surface this year  Saying that, I was saying the same about Ellie Goulding this time last year when she won before she turned in one of my top ten albums of the year, so I won't make any damning comments too hastily  Sometimes things don't need to be revolutionary, as long as they're enjoyable. And everything so far that I've heard from Jessie, I've liked but I'm certainly nowhere near being in love.

Have you heard 'Who You Are'?! Again it isn't revolutionary but I don't think Jessie J ever intended to be, but for me it's her best song. I think you'd like it!

Yeah, downloaded it yesterday finally! Like with the other two tracks - I like it, but don't love (so far - songs are rarely that instant with me).

There's an alternate version with Devlin:

Think it's just a remix though!

Heard this on Capital yesterday. They're getting on board very early with it.
Her voice is unreal

Made me fall in love with the song even more

She should have kept it for herself!

THIS  I mean can you imagine if she gave away Do It Like A Dude or Price Tag :o Nobody could do them as well as her tbh! I actually geniunely think she has as amazing a voice as Mariah Carey or Leona Lewis, you can tell on Who You Are and Big White Room. She can seriously sing! Probably the best voice to emerge in music for a few years!

I completely agree although I would say more Beyonce or Christina as they do more upbeat songs. I think she really is the best British singer out there right now if it's based purely on vocals.

Of all of the comparisons - the most obvious one has been missed, 'These Words' by Natasha Bedingfield. Even the 'cha ching cha ching' bits are at a similar time to Natasha's 'I love you, I love you'.

The video is amazing ive been watching it alot.

How many studio versions of her songs that are out?

I have Do It Like A Dude obviously, and Price Tag, Who You Are and Sexy Silk

But theres loads of her singing other songs live I need more!

The audio of this will be appearing on her album. Apparently they tried to record it a few times in the studio and it just wasn't working.

Her vocals are amazing, especially at 4:15!

Video débuting on Jan 30th, and will be available for download then too. ^_^
