What position is Adele's "Set Fire To The Rain"?

Would be great to see it reach the Top 10 now that it has been used a couple of times already in The X Factor...

Interesting, hopefully Ed can stay at #2, Example's sadly only going to pull away from this point onwards...

I'd say Ed is safe in #2 - Oily Murk's sales will tail off far faster than his.

Glad about the top 2 - and hopefully Example can stay ahead and keep on top...

Be the first British act to score 2 number 1's this year and only 2nd artist to have 2 number 1's this year (after Bruno) - unless i'm forgetting someone

Found Ed's sales 25,384 (#2). I can now work out the top 3 sales. Olly's sales must be around 21,684 (#3), Example's sales around 26,100, I estimate around 80k+ for the week (#1)

Any sign of The Pointer Sisters' re-issue of "Break Out" in the albums chart?

What you see in the update is what you get :( All new entries would have been posted.

Any info on Noel Gallagher?

What about Moves Like Jagger, which is increasing week-on-week?

is the Nicole song at #22 'Wet'??
Bah, can't a no.1 last more than a week at the moment? Can't MLJ get there to make things interesting instead of boring and predictable?

its the only single she has in the top 40

"goes and checks last week's chart" :P

Boring and predictable is better than boring and shite, especially when the 'boring and predictable' #1 is one of the best songs of the year.

Pitbull has had two number-one singles this year: 'Give Me Everything' (4 weeks) and the Jennifer Lopez collaboration 'On the Floor' (2 weeks).

02 J Matt Cardle // When We Collide // 113,037

16 J Bruno Mars // Grenade // 144,834

23 J Bruno Mars // Grenade // 107,960

20 F Adele // Someone Like You // 111,739

27 F Adele // Someone Like You // 114,792

06 M Adele // Someone Like You // 116,347

03 A Jennifer Lopez ft. Pitbull // On the Floor // 137,179

12 J Example // Changed the Way You Kiss Me // 115,046

10 J DJ Fresh ft. Sian Evans // Louder // 140,750

17 J The Wanted // Glad You Came // 117,165

28 A Olly Murs ft. Rizzle Kicks // Heart Skips a Beat // 109,151

35 weeks into the chart and only 10 of those weeks saw the #1 single sell over 100k. It's 40% female, 30% Adele and 20% X-Factor.

I knew Example and Ed would get a head-start due to pre-orders, Example definitely safe at number 1 then, question is where Ed will end up, I think he'll definitely lose number 2 by the end of the week

Only? I think that's pretty good so far and considering we are coming into the biggest quarter of the year, I'm sure there'll be a fair few more

These seem low, maybe the bank holiday effect. Was expecting much higher for RHCPs

They seem very respectable to me, sales at the moment are not that brilliant

To be honest I'll be surprised if RHCP were to get anywhere near 100k. I know they're still fairly massive but a completely underwhelming lead single along with their last album being 5 years ago and completely awful.
