Jonathan Ross is on straight after The X Factor. :P

...on the same channel. I doubt they'd clash. :P

Yeah I forgot Maroon 5 are #1 now. Swap them around then. :D I still think The Saturdays are going to struggle. It really is Pixie VS Leona. Maybe Adele could sneak into the mix with TT?

I don't think you can discount Maroon 5 either, 2 entries in the top 70 and ever increasing sales, they could well provide a shock.

Having said that, I think Leona will probably just make it, hopefully anyway ;)

Maroon 5 will be ahead of Ed Sheeran on Sundays chart I'm sure of it.

Ed was 97 copies ahead yesterday and with Maroon 5 being itunes no 1 surely they'll outsell him.

However they wont get to number 1 as Example leads by 8,000

If those sales figures are real then I guess M5 will get to #2 - what's your source for the figures though?

we didn't have sales figures yesterday

Yeah you've got a point actually.

It might be Diva Day '08 all over again where the previous week's #1 manages to beat all the new entries.

I think a lot of it depends on Leona's performance on ROB? tonight. If it manages to push her up to #1 before Pixie gets anywhere near, will she build up a big enough lead to prevent Pixie or anyone else from overtaking. XF is sandwiched between the two ROB? shows so they should get healthy ratings (10m?) and a lot of the XF audience (who voted for Leona to win) will be watching, I'd assume. Leona's due another number one!

Her second single, which is looking to be 'Trouble', is apparently very Emeli Sande (it's produced/written by her) so that could bag her a #1 even if 'Collide' doesn't. ^_^

Has Leona got anymore promo this week? Pixie has got Lorraine on Tues, so might give it a small boost...

Adele is apparantly performing 'Turning Tables' on Jonathan Ross tonight. However, will The X Factor get more viewers? Battle of the TV ratings war (do they both clash tonight?).

Someone posted that she performed both 'Turning Tables' and 'Someone Like You'.

Someone Like You

is being performed on X-Factor tonight so

it could go top 10 again! :-O

I'd best spoiler that, someone always moans

Someone Like You

is being performed on X-Factor tonight so

it could go top 10 again! :-O

We were just talking about that anyway Liam, someone posted it on here without spoilers. It is also being performed by Adele on Johnathan Ross tonight apparently.

Ah, I just skipped to the end of the thread missing two pages  But yeah, it should go top 20 at least with two high-profile performances!

To be fair, it's so predictable that someone would sing that, that it probably doesn't need spoilering anyway.

Unless the singer of Someone Like You is amazingly talented. I'm going to be pretty annoyed about it being used AGAIN! I think Adele should've performed Turning Tables and Rumour Has It on Jonathan Ross.

She is, apparently all the judges cried. So she'll be at the end I expect with the 10 minute long sob story

#98 NEW Charles & Eddie - Would I Lie To You? (59p)

Love love LOVE this song, won't be buying it though as I have it on a NOW compilation..

Has Leona got anymore promo this week? Pixie has got Lorraine on Tues, so might give it a small boost...

Not that I know of. Only the ROB? performance, a Capital FM interview and the great interview in the Guardian.

We were just talking about that anyway Liam, someone posted it on here without spoilers. It is also being performed by Adele on Johnathan Ross tonight apparently.

oh, I didn't know it was a spoiler what Adele performed on Jonathan Ross... anyway, she performed Turning Tables, she sang Someone Like You to the audience but I don't know if she performed it properly to be filmed or not, so maybe she only performed Turning Tables for TV.

Why is the Bright Lights version of Your Song rising and the actual single version dropping? Is it cheaper?

Yes, the album version was reduced to 59p a few days ago so it's shooting up while the single version is plummetting.

JLS  11 :o

Shakira  67 with Waka Waka, amazing run!
