I'm in utter shock atm. Since when could radio stations play songs with swear words in un-editied? Loca People is being played now on Capital, and the DJ sounded well chuffed when he said that he is going to play it un-edited. They've been playing it at night for a few weeks now but this is the first time I've heard it not censored.

 

I heard the uncensored version of Forget You on Radio 1 too once, when they were interviewing Cee-Lo. That was also played late at night, so I think they're allowed to do it after "watershed", as long as they warn people before.

The Sats are on Alan Titchmarsh today that might give them a tiny boost.

 

Can anyone else see Pixie trailing off during the week? I can't see her maintaining it and haven't her previous singles fallen as the week progresses? I'm sure someone said they had.

 

Rooting for The Sats! Hopefully their physical bundles will boost them. They have the better song and deserve this much more than bloody Pixie.

The fact that the Saturdays took a clear ealy lead during the first 24 hours and then got overtaken quickly would clearly imply that The Saturdays are the most frontloaded of the three new releases, so they're screwed on downloads.

Their only advantage now will be the physicals, and they should sell a lot of it with 3 different formats. Tight race it should be !

Yeah, I guess. Their physical sales have always been really strong in the past and they have three formats this time, which you can buy in a bundle of 3 with each counting as one seperate sale I think.. they've never done this before so I hope their physicals will be even stronger this time round. Plus the fact Pixie isn't doing physicals either. This is going to be a close one, hopefully The Sats pull through!
