i'd rather All Fired Up spend 4 or 5 weeks in the top ten than spend one week at #1 and drop like JLS to #9

Ah, so Someone Like You has had a boost then! Nice boosts for Turning Tables and Make You Feel My Love (:lol:) too. Anyone know why MYFML is climbing again? Was that used on Jonathan Ross too? Or does it just climb whenever other Adele songs are climbing? :lol:

 

I really hope one of the 3 main new releases can get to #1 soon. iTunes seems freezey today and is only updating like once an hour :(

Wow. I think The Saturdays are going to get their first #1. I am so shocked, I thought they would go top 5, but they were the one of the three I didn't think had the chance. I am so happy for them though.

I am still so shocked that The Saturdays are in the lead. They are doing amazingly, fighting off competition from the likes of Pixie and Leona. I do think that Pixie will overtake them after her Red Or Black performance tonight, though.

Really happy for the Sats, come on Leona at least top 3 please :D

What an unexpected surprise. I was expecting Leona to be miles ahead - not miles behind the other two big new releases.

 

I still can't see The Saturdays getting to no. 1 but if 'All Fired Up' overtakes Maroon 5 then that might cofirmed they have no. 1 in the bag next week which again really surprises me.

 

That said, 'Collide' remains underwhelming. I don't dislike it but for a Leona song it misses the mark completely as Alexis Jordan did the type of track much more effectively with 'Happiness'. Then there's Pixie Lott who I've never seen the appeal of but I know my 17 year old neice likes her music so there's clearly a market for Pixie.

 

Personally, I'd rather see Maroon 5 get to no. 1 this week purely for the "shock" (ie; nobody would've expected this four weeks ago) factor. Plus, Radio 1 would have a field day over Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera being no. 1 in the UK charts. :D

Can't believe The Sats are very likely to get their first #01 :o It's not their best single, but it makes up for the likes of 'Up', 'Ego' and 'Higher' not getting there :D.

I think the Sats have the best song and video but they always drop like a stone mid week.It would be nice to see them getting there first No 1 but Pixie has a huge promo slot this evening.
