Dappy - No Regrets - 1

James Morrison - I Won’t Let You Go - 8

Jason Derulo – It Girl - 6

Lady Gaga – You & I - 25

Nicola Roberts - Lucky Day - 67 (:()

26th September

Dionne Bromfield feat Tinchy Stryder - Spinnin' for 2012 - maybe top 40?

Jennifer Lopez – Papi - not had much airplay yet, fingers crossed for top 40!

RD - Got Me Burnin' - fairly sure this can at least do a Parade - Perfume at get top 40, it's C-Listed on R1 and will probs go up.

Sak Noel – Loca People - 4

Skylar Grey – Invisible - 13

Sugababes – Freedom - 18

3rd October

Laidback Luke vs Example – Natural Disaster - really not sure, surely if they make a video and it gets airplay, it will be pretty big though?

LMFAO - Sexy And I Know It - not top 75 (they're dead now!)

Marina And The Diamonds - Radioactive - 7 (confident with this now, it's been C-Listed on R1 and they love Marina so she'll be A-List soon, and hopefully it gets wider backing too!)

10th October

Kelly Clarkson – Mr Know It All - 4 (radio will be over this before long!)

Matt Cardle – Run For Your Life- 2

17th October

Nero - Crush On You - 14

24th October

Rizzle Kicks – When I Was A Youngster - 7

31st October

The Wanted – Lightning - 1

7th November

Jessie J – Who You Are - 7

Coming Soon

Alexandra Stan - Get Back (ASAP) - 38

Alexis Jordan - How You Like Me Now - not top 75

Avicii – Fade Into Darkness - top 40 maybe?

Britney Spears – Criminal - not top 100 :(

Bruno Mars – Marry You - already peaked, may get a place or two higher with a vid if it's not left too long!

Children In Need – Teardrop - 1

Emeli Sandé – Daddy - 7

James Morrison feat Jessie J - Up - 4 (nu Broken Strings, on a smaller scale obv)

Jordin Sparks - I Am Woman - if she actually does promote a bit, maybe top 30 - it's FAR from her best but it's not bad and she always gets a minor hit

Kelly Rowland – Down For Whatever - 7ish (with the obvious XF performance then plummet)

One Republic feat B.o.B. - Good Life - top 30 (it's a big US hit, the buzz should get it somewhere. Could do a Tonight Tonight though I guess...)

Taio Cruz – Troublemaker - 1 (though we've not heard it, new Taio material means a number 1 these days )

I think "Criminal" will surprise.

Perhaps Radio 1 will playlist it as they claimed it was the second single back in March. Plus she will be doing SOME promo here.

I really can't see beyond One Direction to be honest for the #1, if they sell around 150k plus for the week, Dappy won't stand a chance the week after, I think 1D are in for a long haul 2 to 4 weeks unless something comes out from the wooden work.

Surely Sexy and I Know It will go top 40. Remember, it's already got into the top 40 on iTunes off not much promo, so with a music video and being sent to radio it should easily manage it!

I hear Free by Natalia Kills every day on the radio now, so I think that should surely go top 20.

I really hope Nicole Roberts goes top 40. I love her song!

I hope Alexis Jordan's next song can chart aswell. Again, it's great, but if Hush Hush couldn't do well, I'm not confident this can be a hit. :(

I wouldn't mind Papi flopping, but I think that song will be promoted and peak after its release date. Or it might get postponed. I haven't heard it on the radio even once, and I don't think it's even in the top 1000 on iTunes.

In terms of future #1s, maybe Maroon 5 will make it the week after Dappy.

But I don't want One Direction or Dappy at no.1
I don't think Gucci Gucci will be top 40. Same with Free. Top 75 for GG, top 100 for Free. I'm going to be pessimistic with Marina and predict top 20.

They WON'T playlist it, as far as this era goes Britney is blacklisted and nothing will. Maybe she'll get back on there with the next era's single (or singles if they're successful).

I'd definitely expect Sexy and I Know It to peak somewhere somewhat high, if only off of the buzz of the monstrous single before it. (Even though SAIKI was possibly the worst single choice off the album)

In the UK Sexy and I Know It is the 3rd single. We had Champagne Showers as the 2nd single, and it didn't do very well, which is why I think people think Sexy and I Know It will flop and LMFAO are over, etc. It spent a couple of weeks in the top 40. How poorly it did here is probably why they're not releasing it in some other countries.

But I agree with you. I think it'll be a hit. Top 40 at the very least. The beat is strange, and almost a clone of another song (which I've forgotten now), but I think the lyrics will sell the song.

The Calvin Harris song from LMFAO's album would be big here. I think it's just their vocals over one of his older songs, but Calvin Harris is big here at the moment, so that would be a definite hitl

They've already had a follow-up (in the UK and I think it was released in Australia too) called Champagne Showers with Natalia Kills, it barely made top 40. I think they're skipping it in the US though and going straight to SAIKI

It's probably all for the best for Natalia Kills if as few people as possible hear that song. Although I actually kind of liked it after a while.

This reminds me that in October I need to do my 2-monthly predict game :)

Coldplay – Paradise - 10 (haven't heard - but it will be front loaded fan base buy)

Kreayshawn - Gucci Gucci - 31 (similar success to Neva Soft)

Natalia Kills feat Will I Am – Free - 58 (I've seen a bit of hype for this on the forum, so could go higher)

Nicki Minaj – Fly (feat Rihanna) - 16 (Nicki can get a hit with anything right now)

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds - AKA... What A Life! - 27

One Direction - What Makes You Beautiful - 1

Rihanna - Cheers (Drink to That) - 15

19th September

Dappy - No Regrets - 1

Sak Noel – Loca People - 1

Skylar Grey – Invisible - 17

Sugababes – Freedom - 24

3rd October

Laidback Luke vs Example – Natural Disaster - 7 (if they promote it)

LMFAO - Sexy And I Know It - not top 75 (they've past it now. I don't think they'll ever get another hit single :()

Marina And The Diamonds - Radioactive - 8

10th October

Kelly Clarkson – Mr Know It All - 6 (could go either way, but she has enough fans and support to go T10)

Matt Cardle – Run For Your Life- 3 (it doesn't scream number one to me, he'll be like Joe McElderry era 1 except with more album sales. People have forgotten about Matt)

17th October

Nero - Crush On You - 29 (I love it, but it's on the album and it's not too mainstream like their previous singles)

24th October

Rizzle Kicks – When I Was A Youngster - 12 (this is Opposite Of Adults 2011  so I predict the same peak. Tbh I'm not impressed with this song, after DWTT)

31st October

The Wanted – Lightning - 1

7th November

Jessie J – Who You Are - 12 (with an XF performance this could do a The Silence)

Coming Soon

Alexandra Stan - Get Back (ASAP) - 75+

Alexis Jordan - How You Like Me Now - 75+

Avicii – Fade Into Darkness - Will this even get released?

Britney Spears – Criminal - MASSIVE FLOP

Bruno Mars – Marry You - 11

Children In Need – Teardrop - 1 (did they seriously call themselves Children In Need. :nocheer: They could have at least thought of SOMETHING original :drama:)

Emeli Sandé – Daddy - 13

James Morrison feat Jessie J - Up - 3

Jordin Sparks - I Am Woman - MASSIVE FLOP

Kelly Rowland – Down For Whatever - 6 (even XF can't make this a massive hit, it's so generic and OTF soundalike it's unbelievable. I really love Motivation with Lil Wayne atm  I would love to see her do a sexy performance of that in the live shows but of course that'll never happen )

One Republic feat B.o.B. - Good Life - 75+ (Onerepublic are a has-been in the UK)

Taio Cruz – Troublemaker - ??? (we never know with Taio singles, they're either massive hit or massive flop )

To me it looks like week ending 15 Oct (releases of 2 Oct) is Maroon 5's last shot at #1 - Pixie, One Direction, Dappy (or OD again) and Sak Noel will walk the weekly #1s until then and Matt Cardle is out the following week (I think he will get #1, he still has a LOT of fans). I honestly think they'lll be running out of steam by then though.

Edited by Bré

I think Gaga will struggle with her newie and probably just miss the top10. (I'd say bout no13)

I reckon Maroon 5 have had their last chance. I can't see them still top 5 in October
