Congrats To Una & Ben! I'm really shocked but happy for them at the same time :D Of course it's a bit worrying as things will never be the same as Una will have to split her priorities, but the band don't have to disband right as of now. I think if they manage they need to film the video for the 4th single (Assuming there is one) around the same time as the third single's video before she's starting to show there should be no major problem working around the pregnancy for the immediate future. A fourth single should be released just before the baby is due but I think the other 4 will be able to cover the performances. (If the management are smart they will choose a song as the 4th single that is not Una heavy :P )

I think she will come back to the band and still promote. I just hope we get single four!

 

If they really wanted to they could pull an Atomic Kitten and film both videos for upcoming singles in a row. So when they do the video for Heart Takes Over, they could film the next one too. That way the video for single #4 is recorded and in rotation on the chanels with all 5 of them, and then the 4 of them can promote it. It worked for Atomic Kitten :)

I hope it's all over the news tomorrow (like the box things everyone's talking about) and The Saturdays get an iTunes boost like Beyonce did, although she had a much more high profile! She's been pregnant for 3months meaning she's being doing T in the park, V Festival etc and doing all this promotion. I think Single 4 then she will go on a break, the Saturday should promote in Europe until Una returns although I can't see The Saturdays wanting to do anything without Una. Una also contribues most of each songs that they have written, Rochelle said in an interview last week.

I am not actualy sure if The Tide Is High was filmed that close to It's Ok. Natasha is VERY pregnant in TTIH video and only a bit preganant int he It's Ok video.

 

Will be intresting to see what does happen now. The baby will be due in March so, if single three is out at the end of October/ start of November. If they release single 4 in the third week of January. Una then has about 9 weeks before the baby is due to be at home getting ready. The other 4 can still do some promotion as a four-piece, then see what happens towards the end of the year. I do think it means the next album will almost certianly be a Singles Collection/ Greatest Hits as it would mean only having to record 2-4 new songs.

Sorry, It's 1.13am in the morning and I have my first History Essay to do, after only 4 days at University.

Also rewatching the video interview with digital spy, Una is very closed off and hiding her stomach in that... I think she must have known then.

I am actually so happy for her, she's one of the most genuine and honest people i've seen on television.. she's always buzzing etc and you always get a good vibe from her. I think she will be an excellent mum and I think she will come back to the band and still promote. I just hope we get single four!

She is, isn't she? :) You can just imagine her rambling on and on to the girls excitedly about baby names and stuff like that. :D

 

I don't mean this to sound bad but I suspect The Sats will get alot of attention from this. They were #1 on the "Most Talked About..." show on The Box earlier because of this and I bet the newspapers and media will be all over them now. Una will at least have an identity now (and not just "the Irish one from The Saturdays") and it means more people will be aware of them and stuff now. So chuffed for her. :D

Aww, it's so sweet how their all flying over to Una's as if there's a physical baby there already hahaha. You could sort of tell something was fishy since the rumors started. But it really is sweet how they all love eachother, that's amazing. So happy for her. Una's officially the hottest MILF ever, forget Beyoncé.
