Yes, it's true. It is his own field, so he's entitled to say that (as weird as I think it is). But from Rihanna's perspective, it was probably a bit strange. I've been to both the Carribean and the USA (and I was in the most Republican part of the entire country!), and honestly, all the girls there don't wear much more than what she was wearing there in their everyday lives. It's probably because the weather is so hot in those places, whilst it's so cold here, that in those parts of the world people become accustomed to people not wearing much, but here it's quite shocking for some people.

What's wrong with relying on videos though? If her videos are good enough to make people buy the songs more then more power to her. She has quite a good videography if you ask me. I do think the farmer had a right to tell her to cover up if she was going topless, but still, he comes across as a bit of a joyless prude to insist she do that. I'd imagine the "what will the neighbours say?" factor came into it when he told her to cover up, but he actually got the entire nation looking at him as a silly old man telling women to dress like nuns by telling her to cover up!

Some Rihanna videos can be quite boring, come to think of it. You've got Only Girl with her rolling around seductively in a field, Unfaithful with her rolling around seductively on a piano, California King Bed with her rolling around seductively on a bed, What's My Name? with her rolling around seductively on Drake, Shut Up and Drive with her rolling around seductively on a car, and so on. :lol:

Only Girl is one of her best videos! It's beautiful.
