Cee-Lo has been in the UK in the last week. I'm sure I read that he performed it somewhere.

Jonathan Ross, I think..

Is iTunes updating really slowly today or what? I swear it only moves every few hours. Marina's been #31 since like 7pm.

She might of stalled already. Has anyone bought the single EP yet? Are the remixes any good?

It's not just her though I think. Florence and that Charlene person haven't moved either. I haven't noticed any other songs moving but I haven't paid that much attention to them to check anyway.
The top 100 is almost exactly the same as it was at 8pm with a few songs switched around. I do think iTunes is frozen.
It's a typo, you can find those in about half of my posts if I haven't already edited them out by the time you read them.

Oh  You must have some quick editing skills as I haven't seen one before :P

What's wrong with relying on videos though? If her videos are good enough to make people buy the songs more then more power to her. She has quite a good videography if you ask me. I do think the farmer had a right to tell her to cover up if she was going topless, but still, he comes across as a bit of a joyless prude to insist she do that. I'd imagine the "what will the neighbours say?" factor came into it when he told her to cover up, but he actually got the entire nation looking at him as a silly old man telling women to dress like nuns by telling her to cover up!

its more to do with his religious views than what the neighbours would say.they should have known because at the end of the field on the farms shed there was a quote from the bible lol....idiotic backward free ps.

in relation to her videos it is the reason why every release she has gets in to the top 40 whereas other acts are lucky to get more than 2 top 40 singles...even lady gagas new single only peaked at 34 or something!!

I do normally spot and fix within about a minute (I sometimes notice them as I'm hitting 'add reply' and before the post processes ) but some do slip through the radar. And they often get immortalised by people quoting the posts before I have a chance to edit them

when do we normally get the sales for the chart now?

Tomorrow morning, they are not always guaranteed on a Sunday, patience is a virtue.

We didn't even get any vague sales from the OCC report - although it does say Sak Noel was 'just ahed' of Maroon 5 so we can probably expect a similar gap to the one Stay Awake had over MLJ. (The fact Maroon 5 were #1 on the Digital Chart shows that as well I suppose)

I just looked back and Maroon 5 were actually the digital #1 on the week of 'Stay Awake' as well - surely MLJ must be the first song to be digital #1 but official #2 behind two different songs :o Although it'll be #1 on both charts next week of course.

'Iris' back up to #2 and Maroon 5's lead is starting to decrease again (although it's still very substantial, with Iris at ~57.5% and Sak Noel at ~55.4 [~69.0 combined])

just shows the cd sales may still give certain songs that extra push!!

sorry if it was a little impatient mikey just havent been here on a sunday night for a while and wasnt sure.think them new owners of MW have affected the sales info.the alan jones chart analysis is weird now, dont like it at all!!

It's more likely that digital EP sales made up the difference I think. Same situation with Bruno Mars/Cee Lo Green almost exactly a year ago (and Stay Awake/MLJ just four weeks ago).

I don't know why digital EP sales are not included in the download chart as they are downloads, but that's the OCC for you.

EDIT: Especially as both 'Loca People' and 'Moves Like Jagger' are download-only according to the chart show thread :P

We used to get sales on a Sunday, since MW changed ownership its back to its usual early Monday slot.

There is hardly any sales content now on the MW chart analysis page, as the mid reports are slotted in there as well.

Surely it's NOT the first time? Maybe the first time recently, but I'd be surprised if it hadn't happened before, back when downloads were a smaller proportion of overall sales.
