I've got to admit, Coldplay are SO overrated. Paradise is nothing special IMO,

 

Finally someone who agrees with me :yahoo: Paradise is THE most overrated song of 2011. It was never anything special imo but it was overhyped by the Buzzjack masses

Coldplay are very overrated I agree. They have quite a few good songs (I LOVE Viva La Vida, their best for sure, and also Princess Of China plus a few others are good) but for the most part they are SO dull and just nothing special at all. There are much better bands of 'that ilk' for sure!

I'm not bashing as such, but I think Keane are much better than Coldplay and their music is much more varied as well. :D

Keane have a new album out on 7/5. I wonder if it'll keep up their streak of debuting at #1 which they did with their first 3 albums and the 'Night Train' EP. I don't think it will.

You do realise they had four albums before "Mylo Xyloto"? "Viva La Vida" is a far better album.

 

As for LMFAO, I'm no fan but they at least have their tongues firmly in their cheeks and I find them quite tolerable in small doses. The Jedward comparisons are a little unjustified, I never saw those shitstains as anything other than completely gruesome.

I'm not that thick... :P I've never really been fussed with any of their songs, I have heard other ones than Paradise and Charlie Brown.

LMFAO make music to have a good time too, and thats what a lot of people want these days, its hardly great stuff, but it does its job. If there's any appeal I don't get is that of most of Chris Brown's back catalogue, I genuinely cannot believe the public deems his new song number 1 worthy :mellow: (I'm the fact I'm 'bashing' Chris Brown gives off quite an ironic pun there :kink: )

:lol: as long as music and the charts exist there will always be people who want to express their hate for certain artists. You're on your own there.

Yep I hate that song! Really grates on me. If you want a laugh though play the video for Paradise, mute the sound then on another tab play Marcus Collins, Seven Nation Army over the pictures. That elephant is hilarious :) Thanks to my 12 year old lol.

I hate madonna. i can never understand why she was so popular. She seems to have a horrible personality as well
