I am sorry, but I still believe that Tulisa did it tactically and it was all just very childish. This is coming from someone who is bestfriends and in a band with someone who sent a death threat to a Radio 1 listener for saying they didn't like him and his hats. It again, is the fact that she brought it up, when she didn't let Misha have the chance to tell her, her side of the story. It most certainly is 'unprofessional'.

The fact is that they are meant to be professionals and are meant to be mature, more mature than Misha who is only 19, and yet they were the ones being childish and unfair.

Bullshit. This is not some contrived tactic by Louis and Tulisa. Misha doesn't have a chance of winning anyway. She's not even the best vocalist. Far too shouty. The judges gave her advice - their advice was to to not be too over-confident and arrogant. It's onlyu when Kelly had a go at them both that Tulisa decided to back up Louis' claims.

Allegedly she taunted Sami about the fact she was going to sing on cruise ships while Misha has a massive career, If that is true then I will change my opinion on Sami and say she is well and truly not cut out mentally to be in the music industry.

X Factor is a dog eat dog competition no room for wallflowers and the weak minded.

So what if Misha displays 'diva' behaviour, it is almost a requirement in a successful recording artist, John Lennon, Elton John, Freddie Mercury, Liza Minelli, Barbara Streisand, Mariah Carey, Beyonce to name a few are legendary for their 'diva' behaviour. Pete Doherty, Noel Gallagher, Liam Gallagher are hardly boy scouts either.

The difference is the likes of Mariah Carey, Liam Gallagher, John Lennon etc. can/did be arrogant is because they have a right to be. They've sold millions of records, influenced plenty of other artists. What's Misha done? Had an X Factor sob story and sang a few songs? There's been a diva, then there's just being a full on knob. She's alledged to have said something else to Sami aswell but it's far worse than the cruise ship comment. I won't repear it because I don't know how much truth their is in it.

None of them are terrible (i.e. Jedward/Wagner style).

There is - Johnny - Thought i'd never say it but he's worse than Wagner

When Johnny comes on my cat won't stop meowing. My cat even sound better.

Some people just have strong personalities though Rooney and have blunt manners and those with weaker personalities can feel intimidated by them.

My brother in laws brother worked in a senior position at Amstrad where he was in close contact with Lord Sugar on a day to day basis and Sugar was by all accounts extremely abrasive and abrupt but does that mean that Sugar was a bully  or is it just his manner and strong personality, I would say the latter.

Misha sounds to me the same, not that she is nasty or a bully but simply has an abrasive personality.

Again it's different contexts. Lord Sugar is one of the most powerful businessmen in the country. You don't get anywhere in business by being Mr. Nice. In a singing competition it's different. Ok have a bit of personality and confidence, but not arrogance when you're not even anywhere near nthe finer stages of the competition. Sami is probably very weak minded, but that doesn't excuse what was allegedly said to her by Misha.

I'd rather listen to Sami sing beautifully on a cruise ship any day than listen to Misha fill the charts with more unneeded urban crap but that's beside the point really.

If any judge was childish last night it was Kelly. Louis and Tulisa put their points across quite diplomatically and then Kelly slapped the table and started saying all this American gangster shite because she didn't really have an argument. And I have loved Kelly throughout most of the competition.

And so what if Misha's chances are ruined? It's not the most tragic thing to ever happen on the show. Lucie Jone was sent home instead of JEDWARD.

I would say equally you don't get anywhere in the music industry by being nice either, successful artists have to be every bit as ruthless and strong minded as a top businessman.

The music industry is a piranha pond and to succeed you have to fight your corner, you have to have the balls to tell record producers what to do and tell them they are shit when they are creating shit, to tell make up artists what you are going to look like, to negotiate the best contracts with the record labels or you will be walked all over and never succeed. Misha having a no nonsense personality will help her no end in the industry.

The likes of Joe McElderry, Matt Cardle, Leon Jackson, Shayne Ward, Steve Brookstein, nice guys to bring home to mummy but too nice to succeed in the industry.

Leona Lewis is like the world's nicest person, and she is the only true star The X Factor has ever produced...
I'm sure Dido acted like a right arse in order to get two 3 million selling albums.

LOL. I think people sometimes mistake 'nice' with 'bland' when it comes to Leona. The persona she puts across is a blank canvas but I suspect that in private she's a bit more ruthless. I mean she's close friends with Keisha Buchanan so you know there's a bitch in there somewhere. :D

Even her star is fading now, she is quickly becoming forgotten about.

The artists I listed on a previous page have been in the industry successfully for decades in many cases, not 5 minute wonders.

So general lesson of the day-you have to bully your way to the top. I'd rather be liked me to be honest but perhaps I'm just weird.

I don't think anyone would notice. By the time she's got round to acting like an arse everyone in the room will be dead after the dull cnt killed them with her sparking lack of personality.

And RE: Leona, while she's growing on me, her public persona is one of a dullard. HOWEVER Keisha Buchanan is BFF's with her which leads me to believe there is a personality somewhere in there.

T Boy you seem to be (-a) taking this a bit to heart and (-b) making sweeping generalisations of various peoples' points. I personally see both sides of the argument. I think it's very naive to think that you can be super lovely and make it in any entertainment industry. There HAS to be a steely determination hidden away somewhere and in a lot of people that steel manifests itself as 'bitchy' or 'diva' behaviour from time to time. I also think it's fair enough to be a bit of a diva once you've made it and earned your stripes. But diva behaviour doesn't have to equate to nastiness and I don't think anybody's claiming it's essential to be nasty to make it. You have to remember and respect everybody who helped make you what you are when you're famous and in a position of privilege to be recording albums/making films/whatever.

Either that or she's naive and is just in awe of Keisha. Like she's a follower of the Queen Bee :kink:

I do secretly hope Keisha is the evil dictator of Universal Island Records.

Well she seems nice enough to me, I do like to imagine she's a right fierce bitch in private though :D

Lady Gaga then, she is known for being a really nice person and generous to her fans (more than once she has bought food for fans who were waiting in line for her). Just as in real people, there's a difference in personality in famous people too, some are nice and some not so much.

Dido having no personality is a complete myth. She's very private but she comes across as quite intelligent in interviews she actually does. I admire her because she seems so normal. Fame hasn't changed her.

I still don't think 'it's the only way to make it in this industry' is a decent excuse for bullying.

I'd rather listen to Sami sing beautifully on a cruise ship any day than listen to Misha fill the charts with more unneeded urban crap but that's beside the point really.

American gangster shite? A BIT of a racist conflation for basic Afro-American Deep South vernacular.

Matt Cardle and Steve are obnoxious dicks! More a sort of bitter rudeness than the sort of ruthlessness the stars exhibit. But then, they didn't get anywhere.

Steve is a renowned royal PRICK. Read his twitter if any evidence is required. Shame Sharon called him out on it (in a rare moment of speaking sense) and effectively won him the whole shebang.
