If you think Misha was bullied by Tulisa and Louis tonight then I question your grip on real life. You obviously have know idea what bullying is. I've been bullied quite awfully as recent as a couple if years ago (it's detailed in a bullying thread in the lounge from a few months back) and as a teacher, I see bullying an awful lot and abhor it.

People may say Sami is oversensitive but she doesn't seem that way to me. She may have gotton the wrong end if the stick however.

But if Misha has been bullying, tulisa and Louis were right to out her on tv. That was humiliating for Misha but NOT bullying and the humiliation will bring her down a peg or 2. If anything it was brought out for Misha's benefit in order to get her to think about the way she goes about things and avoid offending others in the future.

Yes, but this is not real life remember, this is a national competition and this was a tactical attack. If she was bullying (which I infact is a phrase that is battered around way too much imo), they could have talked to her backstage, no need to do it so unprofessionally on national TV to try and make her look bad, especially if they haven't even talked to her backstage and found out what actually happened - they attacked her live on air without even making sure they knew the true story. Very unprofessional and very childish.

What do you think would have more effect on Misha's behaviour? A quick word backstage when she can shrug it off and carry on? Or being pyres in front of the public where she will have to think about how she acts because she knows everyone is watching her? Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind and that's pretty much what Tulisa did. She wants Misha to better herself and this was the best way to go about it.

No Tulisa wants Misha OUT! Less competition for her deffinitly not manufactured in anyway groups. (They seam like they've been together so long, so they cant be manufactured. Yeah whatever :P)

You really think Tulisa wants Misha to be amazing? She wants her Risk boys to walk it, its a competition. You can say that, yes, but if they were going to use it for the reason you said then they should have talked to her backstage first and give her the chance to stop before they accused her on live TV and not just go on hearsay from one of their acts. It is obvious that in fact they didn't do that, and this is the first time they have talked to her this week about it, which is entirely unfair. What if its just a disagreement and she didn't bully anyone? Then Misha's reputation has been ruined for nothing, bullying is a massive accusation that can not just be taken lightly.

And if she hasn't... What then...

In other news, Rythmix are supprisingly popular on twitter, they may go supprisingly far.

You almost universally follow gays on Twitter, it means nothing!

Actualy I searched Rythmix in the box at the top :P

There's no smoke without fire. And how do you know no one has taken Misha backstage and talked to her quietly before now about this. Kelly, who incidentally didn't deny anything, has already been rumoured before this week to have called Misha out on her attitude. All of these things can't have cone from nowhere

As for her reputation being ruined-whatever! There's a hundred Misha loons online out for Tulisa's blood! She's probably lost nothing and it'll be weeks before you see her in the bottom 2 if ever.

But I can't expect my comments here won't get a backlash. However, if this were Cher Lloyd, Matt Cardle or even Janet under discussion, this board would be worshipping Tulisa at this point.

Hmmm... Frankie should get the 'rebound' vote and he'll be safe for sure (even though he was the worst tonight). I hope Rhythmix can get through, but I doubt it .... First girl group I actually like!

The whole Misha thing is a bit meh really. Obviously there's something behind it, and the story has legs. The telling part for me was when Louis praised her, then told her to stop being so over-confident, and then Misha gave him the dirtiest look and the cheekiest comment. I don't think like a lot of loons do that they were trying to sabotage Misha's hopes. But obviously what she has said to some contestants has upset them.

Misha handled the situation very well, but she has always had this arrogance about her. It's not even a cocky arrogance, it literally is pure arrogance. She didn't before tonight, but she definitely now has 0% chance of winning.

watching TV live online is a real bitch :(

Marcus - 7/10 - pretty good actually, I was surprised how well it suited him, nothing fantastic but better than last week

Janet - 8/10 - I do love the Taken By Trees version, but I was hoping she'd do the original as something different :( however, I thought that was a lot better than last week and she sang that really well

Sami - 5/10 - I have no opinion on her, she is literally 'there' and nothing else, Gary pretty much summed it up perfectly

Rhythmix - 5/10 - nice to see Tulisa getting stick for the song choice :D I can't believe how narrow minded this show is if they believe that is anything has even a faint sound of guitars its automatically classed as rock... the performance? meh, I liked their last two but this was a big mess

Sophie - 5/10 - I don't see how Janet is deemed as a one trick pony when Sophie's done the same thing every week, took a great track and made it 'nice but dull', pretty much sums up her

Craig - 7/10 - solid, again but he doesn't seem to have made any progress since week 1 and WTF at Tulisa claiming it wasn't rock when she's made THOSE choices

Kitty - 9/10 - now THAT was rock :D excellent performance, suited her brilliantly, I don't care what people think of her, she is one of the most interesting contestants in the contest

Frankie - 2/10 -its diffiicult for me to be impartial as I DETEST him greatly, but it was still a shite performance, I just hate his voice so much and think he just needs to go

The Risk - 7/10 - still good, but disappointing after two great performances, I'm not sure that song suited a rock theme and the vocals weren't as good

Johnny - 6/10 - I suppose as a serious act he has a very good voice, but as a joke act, I'm just not finding him that enjoyable :(

Misha - 6/10 - I'm really sick of them using that song every year, its become so repetitive and isn't even that good anyway (unpopular :P ), I guess she sang it well though

I think it was unprofessional of Tulisa to bring that up and indeed tonight she behaved weirdly, but she has as point - Misha IS extremely overconfident and unlikeable and for that reason, it is difficult to warm to her

anyway, ranking:

1. Kitty

2. Janet

3. Marcus

4. The Risk

5. Craig

6. Johnny

7. Misha

8. Sophie

9. Rhythmix

10. Sami

11. Frankie

Frankie will probably get a rebound so I reckon Sami and Rhythmix are in real trouble...

I hope Sami goes through but i think she is in danger, sami is a great singer, very likeable and a great personality but Louis is handling her badly, she really needs good songs that keep her away from karaoke, so hoepfully she stays and is given a strong song next week.

You could tell by Misha's reaction and also the things they were saying, and the fresh angry way they were saying it, those two personally had not discussed it with Misha privately. It is not fair on her at all, I am sorry. And yes, Misha still has her dedicated fans, but even look at the video on the X Factor YouTube channel, it has nearly 1/3 dislikes compared to last weeks with something like 1/10 or less. It is obvious that it has caused damage to her popularity and has placed this idea in peoples minds, and that is going to be incredibly hard to shake off and could cost her the competition. Tulisa is using very strong tactics and despite there being a small backlash against her now, in the long run it will probably work. I could never condone a grown man and what is meant to be a grown woman, personally attacking a teenager on live TV, especially with them not even letting her have to opportunity to have her side of the story told. Cher was accused of the same last year, but it wasn't brought up in front of millions of people on national TV, it stayed rumours in the papers and that is how this should have stayed, and if it is true, then it should be sorted backstage, not what happened tonight.

Just catching up now!

01. Marcus Collins 'Are You Gonna Go My Way' [That was excellent. Really, really enjoyed it! That's the Marcus we've been missing so far from the live shows, and I'm pretty sure we've not seen the best from him, either! :D] 08.0

02. Janet Devlin 'Sweet Child Of Mine' [Nice performance. A bit more upbeat than she's done before, but I knew they'd change the tempo of the song more to her needs. She's not versatile enough for me. But that was a nice enough performance.] 07.5

03. Sami Brookes 'Turn Back Time' [ugh. She failed at this majorly. Was flat throughout and she and Gary were completely right, Louis keeps giving her the horrific "cruise ship" songs. She deserves better than what Louis gives her. Ah well. She'll never win though.] 04.0

04. Rhythmix 'TiK ToK'/'Push It' [Hang on a minute... none of those songs are ROCK! What is Tulisa thinking! I'm disappointed. They deserve better! Also, Girl bands never do too well in Rock week (if they make it that far!) UGH.] 06.0

05. Sophie Habibis 'Livin' On A Prayer' [That was alright. Nothing new from her and again I'm disappointed she didn't up her game this week as she IS forgettable. Not many people seem to remember her, when I talk about the performances or whatever.] 06.5

06. Craig Colton 'Stop Crying Your Heart Out' [Terrible song choice for him. He really is just Paije mark II for me, (Except I can actually stand his voice as opposed to Paije's! :puke:) but it was alright. Bit off though.] 05.5

07. Kitty Brucknell 'Live And Let Die' [she really knows how to pull off the performances! Not as good as last week, but still very good! She really is brilliant. It's really a shame she lets herself down.] 07.5

08. Frankie Cocozza 'Get Your Rocks Off' [Ok. He is just genuinely terrible. He is as flat as anything! He'll be saved due to the "sympathy of being bottom 2 last week" though! But he truly deserves to go.] 01.0

09. The Risk 'Crazy' [Again, Tulisa. This is not ROCK! :manson: Jesus Derry (??) is TERRIBLE! Easily The Risks worst performance to date. But they're still the best bb to come from XFactor imo. Oh and there's the "so and so was ill" excuse] 06.0

10. Johnny Robinson 'I Believe In A Thing Called Love' [He'll never win, but LOUIS IN CORRECT SONG CHOICE SHOCKER!! It actually worked! His voice still grates on me highly though! But that was decent!] 07.0

11. Misha Bryan 'Purple Rain' [The first part was bland for me. I really don't see the appeal in her voice. She seems to stick to the same note each time she takes it up a notch. Her voice is very irritating and I'm giving up. She's never going to be my favourite. Soz fans.] 05.5

If Misha had been physically violent towards a contestant or made physical threats to a contestant then that would be a serious matter but from what I have read elsewhere Misha's behaviour sounds to me little more than mind games.

Away from the public gaze there is hardly a successful performer in history that is not a horrible little shit, the music world is cut throat and you need a certain strength of character and mental toughness to survive and Misha has that. A weak minded sugary sweet person will not last 5 minutes in the real world in music so if anything this convinces me even more that Misha has what it takes.

The public will soon forget tonight, Misha's alleged behaviour is a storm in a tea cup.

You could tell by Misha's reaction and also the things they were saying, and the fresh angry way they were saying it, those two personally had not discussed it with Misha privately. But they barely 'attacked' her. They both gave her heeps of praise and then told her to watch out. Neither of them actually accused her of bullying, they stated contestants had, but they felt that it was just the way she was coming across and implied they didn't think she meant anything by it. It may have been unprofessional but they didnt 'attack' her.

And teenage girl? She's 19, not 13 so she's practically an adult. Are we allowed to bring the home truths out the second she hits 20.

Frankie will probably get a rebound so I reckon Sami and Rhythmix are in real trouble...

If Frankie does manage to stay in by the public vote tonight - I'm not even sure it'll be a 'rebound/sympathy' vote. He IS rubbish, he CAN'T sing, his stying IS awful, he ISN'T good looking and he has NO charisma ... BUT ... without him I know for sure DS would be about 50 pages shorter than it is and he gets people talking on a lot of boards. Besides - as the show is about entertainment and not musical talent - there is something very watchable about seeing Gary squirm when he realises he's left with the biggest turkey the show has ever seen - and no amount of 'I was lying' (bollox) will get him out of the humiating fix he now finds himself in.

I'm almost tempted to pick up the phone and vote for Frankie!

Kath

PS - on Tulisa - she was wrong to do what she did and if we're bringing in stuff that isn't really related to the performances - someone should remind her that a member of one of her groups apparently has a criminal record for mugging (or so the papers have led us to believe.) I know which one I'd be steering clear of if I was a contestant.

Janet sang rock yesterday? A BALLAD VERSION of a rock song isn't rock :manson: She looked like Bjork from the Biophilia cover too.

It was an awful thing for Tulisa to do and she is trying to win in a desperate manner by trying to get the biggest competition out the way. Cheryl Cole beat up a woman and was still a judge, Tulisa needs to grow up.

Tulisa did not even stick to the Rock theme and hopefully both her acts will be in the bottom 2.

The standard was not too bad yesterday but Marcus, Misha, Kitty and oddly enough Johnny were by far the best.

I like the fact that Janet showed in her VT that she really is as hard as nails.

Sophie and Craig need to stop doing the same performance each eek.

The two groups both did pop songs not sure why.

Poor Sami was bad and will probably go tonight.

Not sure why Frankie is being treated like a star big VT, Intro and lots of attention glad Gary cut him down to size, he still cannot sing.
