Louis Walsh has become AMAZING with those comments.

Well, it's Frankie doing I Gotta Feeling. Doesn't really require a comment.

Rates 2011 (week 5)

9.0 Janet Devlin - I Want You Back

9.0 Kitty Brucknell - Like A Prayer

8.0 The Risk - A Night To Remember

7.5 Craig Colton - Heaven

6.5 Marcus Collins - Reet Petite (The Sweetest Girl In Town)

6.5 Johnny Robinson - Hung Up / You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)

2.0 Frankie Cocozza - I Gotta Feeling

Frankie - That song needs to be getting people up and active....but it just felt totally dead. +1 point for not having a ridiculous over the top intro. 1/10

Kitty - 8.5/10

Janet - 8/10

Marcus - 7.5/10

The Risk - 7/10

Johnny - 5/10

Frankie - 1/10

If any other act has to go over Frankie tomorrow night it'll be a crying shame.

I think I'm awarding that a hefty 0/10 and wish to knock Frankie down a hole. And then fill it with his hair.

Why couldn't he have stayed with the rocky songs he was doing the past few weeks rather than going back to something that requires vocals. At least I could ignore him when he wasn't screeching.

Absolutely HORRIFIC performance from Johnny. Very, very strange man. 0/10

I actually really liked Janet's performance. You could tell she was out of her "comfort zone", but I liked that it wasn't her standing still singing an uninspired ballad. 7.5/10

Craig SMASHED IT. A really good song choice from him - I was worried that he'd sing it as a ballad throughout, but when it kicked in it was SO GOOD. My favourite performance from him so far. 10/10

The Risk really managed to turn it around this week. A much better choice of song than their Hallowe'en effort, and that style really suits them. 10/10

I didn't enjoy Marcus as much as I have previously. Performance wise, it was very engaging, but I couldn't really hear what he was singing. His worst since 'Russian Roulette' for me. 7/10

Another strong vocal performance from Kitty. The arrangement disappointed me, because it seemed a bit karaoke, but I loved the dance break or whatever you want to call it. 7.5/10

Awful from Frankie. Loving that the Louis in particular pulled him up on it being AWFUL karaoke. 0/10

Gary knows he's made a huge mistake here doesn't he? Not just the song choice.

Sorry but I can't help but notice that Craig isn't on your rate :P Not that I care, I want him gone!

We're not allowed to boo now, Gary? Oh FFS this show is more of a farce than we thought. Kelly and Gary are coming across quite awfully. If anyone told me last year that I'd be agreeing with Louis Walsh, I'd have thought them mental.

Frankie - Of course the song picked had to be on one note yet again. Loving the boos, awful. The judges getting so ridiculous to watch now, this is all just turning into a disaster.

RATES:

The Risk - 9.0

Marcus - 9.0

Kitty - 8.5

Craig - 8.0

Johnny - 5.5

Frankie - 2.5

Janet - 2.0

Louis was right on point for once!

Are my ears deceiving me or do we have a girlband on last? :cheer:

Go Little Mix!

How lovely. Thank god not everybody equates strange with bad or the world would be one intolerant place.

Where was Gary when Kitty was being booed?

I believe he had fallen asleep and was being proded with a stick by the floor manager. Sadly the camera was on Tulisa so we never saw it on TV. :(

I've actually found myself agreeing with Louis a lot this year. He always did seem like the old buffoon on the panel but the more Gary and Kelly try to treat him this way, the more they come across as the real fools to me. I think I'm firmly team Tulisa/Louis.

Louis - went from being shit to being a diva!

Louis has never been shit! He's the second-best value thing about this blessed show after Kitty. He's always the height of entertainment! Bless.
