Oh lord, apparently Janet is doing:

Mmmbop by Hanson and Under The Bridge by Red Hot Chilli Peppers

They both fit a theme (the former Guilty Pleasure and the latter Heroes as I know Janet loves them), but SURELY the former would be an actual motorway pile up with a train de-railing into it? Can't be serious.

oh OUCH. :( they're really screwing with her. even if the former is a guilty pleasure, it's just NOT workable for anybody, may as well have given her 'friday' by rebecca black. :( a fifth place finish it is.

Unpopular opinion alert: I love the former track because I'm a bit of a loon for that group. Janet can stay away, hasn't she ruined enough songs as it is?
I actually don't mind Wishing On A Star, it's a really nice song (Janet notwithstanding) and I kind of have to turn it off at the 3:00 mark. Also is it me or is the choice of charity a bit cynical and kind of borderline?

oh and

Olly Murs is apparently performing with the Muppets for his performance on Sunday

I may actually watch the results show for that! :D

Meh. Can't say I like the charity song. Will every 2p from each sale go to charity or something, yeah?

Sophie's vocals there are the best by far. Marcus' are the worst. Song would do perfectly without JLS and 1D as they are completely useless in it, but sales will be high, which is what truly matters when releasing a charity single. :D

Just like 'Teardrop' by The Collective. :kink: If in doubt, just donate the money straight to the charity itself. You don't need to buy a song that you'll never listen to again just weeks after you purchased it.

Seriously, whoever buys 'Wishing On A Star' next week, will any of those people still listen to the song in years to come. Or will it more likely to deleted from iTunes when said people finally decide it's "boring". :D

Don't you just loathe goldfish music lovers?

Oh and yes Pavel, £1 goes to The Simon Cowell Bank Balance (I believe this is a charity), the other money goes to that other well established charity SyCo. ;)

Apparently for Guilty Pleasures Little Mix are doing a mash-up of:

Baby by Justin Bieber and Baby Love by The Supremes

The former is an atrocious song but I think it could work for them!

Well they made 'E.T.' sound good so anything is possible. :D

If the mash-up is put together well then that could be amazing! :D

It is my least fave Katy Perry single from this era. I just find her vocals very offputting. :( I will admit it's the best in terms of music video though (well, I'd probably say 'Last Friday Night' is the best but it's close).

I love Little Mix but I'm not sure if anybody could make that first song sound good. :(

What's with the

baby in both songs?

FABULOUS.

Rumoured songlist:

Little Mix - Mashup of Baby & Where Did Our Love Go by Justin Bieber/The Supremes

Janet Devlin - MMMBop by Hanson

Misha B - Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by Cyndi Lauper

Marcus Collins - I'm Your Man by Wham

Amelia Lily - China In Hand by T'Pau

Little Mix - Beautiful by Christina Aguilera

Janet Devlin - Under The Bridge by Red Hot Chili Peppers

Misha B - Killing Me Softly by The Fugees

Marcus Collins - Lately by Stevie Wonder

Amelia Lily - Since U Been Gone by Kelly Clarkson

Brilliant choices for Little Mix, Amelia and Janet on both themes if they are true! Misha's guilty pleasure seems a bit iffy though...

Looking forward too tonights show, I see that 'Little Mix' are now the bookies fav to win :o

Janet singing

Mmmbop

is going to be the biggest hot mess since anything performed by Wagner.

Oh let it be true!
