Not surprised "Pass Out" has gone, some of the lyrics in it could have been composed by a 9-year old. Likewise "What's My Name" so that needs to go next.

You would think people would have enough respect and consideration to not vote for charidee singles. :lol:

To be fair, I did put it in that list of the first 10 songs I thought it would be voted out, so I guess it did better than I was expecting. The only other song on that list which is still in is Not Afraid. But Eminem songs always go out in the Round 15 to Round 25 range, so both of them will be out soon.

 

Another song I'm surprised is still in is If We Ever Meet Again. Timbaland is absolutely loathed on Buzzjack, so it's nice to see one of his songs doing well.

 

Also surprised to see Rude Boy and What's My Name? still in. All I remember when those songs were out from here was people complaining about how annoying they are. :lol:

 

Another song I'm surprised is still in is Empire State of Mind. Again, it was really hated on here, with people constantly complaining that it was boring, waaaay overplayed (which it was, to be fair), and spent an ETERNITY in the chart (which is did, but that doesn't make it a bad song, although it can be frustrating).

Very pleased to see the abysmal Pass Out go. I'm sticking with the other Tinie single for my vote this time too.

I agree. It's not Timbaland's best. I got bored of it quite quickly (which is strange, since I RARELY get bored of a Timbaland song). But still, it's nice to see one of his songs can have the potential to be liked. :lol:

Only Girl or Telephone will win, I think (well, I'm about 95% sure one of them will win :lol:).

 

I hope something more interesting wins though. Only Girl has quite an epic chorus, but other than that, it's really generic. Just a standard verse/chorus/bridge pop song with the beat of Sexy Chick. And Telephone just seems like a sped up version of The Way I Are (in the instrumental, not the lyrics obviously :lol:), although, to give credit to Telephone, it does deviate from the traditional verse/chorus/bridge structure, which is good.

I wouldn't be so sure of those two :P I know quite a lot of people who hate 'only girl' and not too many who find it as the best song of the year. 'telephone' will also have a hard time getting far, as radio and TV had a nice time raping it. I can see them both coming up to round 30 and then generating a lot of votes.

I hope it's 'fireflies' although I'm doubtful it'll get much further. I think 'firework' will win.
