That's the funniest thing I've seen all series

LOVE THAT

Bought it and listened to it on my computer is what I meant...it's on Amazon and Play now!

OH. Fair enough, it's just I really need to hear the studio version before I buy it, I wasn't that impressed with the live performance, although I did like how their vocals carried on in the reprise even when they were screaming and hugging.

I think that was the key change choir tbf. I noticed I couldn't hear any of their own vocals when everyone came on.

HAHA

Nu Saturdays anyone?

Harsh comparison. With The Saturdays sales figures they'd be dropped in 5 minutes. If little Mix aren't the number 1 girl band this time next year then tehy've been mishandles. it's on a plate for them and there's no big competition.

It's funny how LM are already bigger than Tulisa

Marcus' version was better

I do like Little Mix, but the song is very very boring. I love the original, but even for an X Factor cover version this is just pure lazy.

The producers of X Factor must live in a musical cave somewhere. Every now and again sone act comes and sings a nice song that hasn't performed that well chart wise, but is a 'cult classic' and decides the X Factor winner should cover it. Shame really, as I loved what they did last year with the winner's single. Perhaps they spent all the budget this year on the Wembley final.

Definitely the best possible outcome for this year. (As much as I love Amelia) They truly deserve it and I am very pleased that they are the girl group to win XF. Their fanbase just grew and grew with each passing week and 'Don't Let Go (Love)' was THE moment that probably sealed the deal for them. It's also great to see that we now have a new girl group that could potentially be as good/as successful as Girls Aloud or even The Saturdays and not some Parade/Girls Can't Catch type flops. The boy band era is drawing to a close... could this be the start of an era for girl bands? (In the same way in what JLS did for the boy bands - ignoring Take That (who were pretty much the only real successful boy band before JLS came about))

I just have a really good feeling about them! I think Syco will actually do well with them.

Just listened to the studio version, the same as the live version but obviously without the impact/atmosphere. It's about as good as Girls Aloud's I'll Stand By You (i.e. very good and fairly contemporary cover but nowhere near what they were capable of at their best) but I can't wait to see what they come out with in the future. It's no Sound of the Underground (more their cover of Stay Another Day if the original Girls Aloud plan had gone ahead...) and it will probably end up as a bonus track on their debut album which will hopefully be a lot more fresh and uptempo but it's my favourite winner's single since Leona's A Moment Like This regardless.

I always say that SOTU was a genuine one off but then Australia's X Factor winner Reece Mastin just had a really decent original debut single so you never know...

which it sounds like Raise Your Glass with different lyrics

Absolutely love this, it feels kind of different to usual winner's singles (in the R&B way) but of course it still has to have soft emotional verses and obviously the key change  Genuinely brilliant winner's single imo!

Yep, but rather that than poor covers of The Climb and When You Believe

The artwork is good in an awful kind of way. Marcus' version was better. Glad she won though :)

She?

OK, they. They all kind of blur into one for me though. Jasyerrie-Anne.

Just downloaded their winners single. I like it, but I still wanted it to be Don't Let Go :(

OMG I love that

I love them, so happy they won! :D I'll get the physical me thinks - it's out on Wednesday right?

Do we really need to get digs in at The Saturdays though? I don't think The Sats will last much longer (think they'll split mid/end of 2012) but there's more than enough room for 2 girlbands and to like them both when we've 3 boybands on the scene at the moment... don't see why people need to belittle one group to big the other up, or feel they have to like one but dislike the other, or act like it's a competition between them... it's silly. IMO both Little Mix and The Sats are very different image wise and probably in terms of sound too so it's easy to like both without the need to make out one's better than the other. Although I'd guess Little Mix will most likely definitely surpass The Sats achievements in about half the time lol.:P

So excited for these girls, big fan already! Jade's my favourite. :)
