Thanks Jester, i thought they did look low for 24 hours but i know sales have been low lately so i thought I'd post and ask.

Well, no harm in posting. Sales have been low but I think this week will see improvement in the top 3 (Little Mix could sell 400k+, Coldplay 70-80k max and Leona 40k???)

Not Mine, his own. :D I wonder why randoms post sales on Twitter if they're just made up? Odd.

The only reason I can think of someone posting made up figures on Twitter would be possibly to gain more followers.

I just had a look, he has just nine. so your probably right.

Really? good sales but at the same time Would that make Little Mix one of the lowest first weeks from X factor?

Agreed, they won't sell more than Matt Cardle did..I predict just over 300k this week and the same again next week easily getting the Christmas number 1
Quick question will Leona Lewis's sales of Iris & the other cover count towards the official sales of Hurt?

I don't think so. I think Hurt gets the sales of the individual song, Hurt, and the EP combined, and then if you cherry-pick one of the other songs they chart seperately.

The Christmas songs are no longer advertised on the iTunes homepage as we have another batch of 59p songs, no major songs decreased to 59p with most of them being ancient songs!

Pitbull & Chris Brown - International Love ( I hope this gets a decent 59p boost, what a song!)

Cobra Starship - You Make Me Feel (Literally the only two songs that could do well)

Is Ke$ha ft. Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, T.I & Andre 3000 on UK iTunes?

That sounds crowded

I dont think they will sell more than Matt!

Personally, I think they *will*, at least in terms of 1st week sales. Everybody seems to have forgotten that Matt's 1st week total was seriously affected by last year's snow, preventing people from going out & buying CD's. This also artificially inflated his 2nd week total, once the snow cleared.

We're such a pathetic country :( "Oh we have to stay indoors its snowing!"

Yeah. The song must be 5 minutes long or something. I don't think it'll do well in the UK since none of the artists are really popular here (I know I say this when three of them are in the top 10, but that's not normal ). It might do good in the US though.

lol. Don't get me started on some of the ways of our country. :drama:

97. Anyone Who Knows What Love Is (Will Understand) - Irma Thomas

Looked this up and it's a 1964 song. Anyone know why this is back?

C4 Black Mirror I think.

I'm pretty sure all of these were 59p when I looked last week. I remembered a few (Maccabees, Joy Formidable, Ataris, Springsteen, Echo & The Bunnymen) and they're still 59p now. Do they usually change so few?

Ke$ha is fairly popular, she had a #1 this year even if "Blow" was a bit of a flop. Her being the 'face' of the song could see it do well IMO.

It's only a remix of a song which has been out for nearly a year (?), so I doubt it'll do that much...

I thought she'd finished with the whole 'Cannibal' era to be honest, releasing this remix now seems a bit random.
