My favourite Pixie single is Cry Me Out which I'd rate about 8/10. The rest of her stuff is either horrendous (Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh), Turn It Up, What Do You Take Me For?) or 'okay but not something I'd listen to' (the entire rest of her discography).

I agree with this, bar your hatred for MD (which I find mediocre/good). 'Cry Me Out', and 'Boys & Girls' to a far lesser extent, is a great single. All of her other singles that I haven't mentioned (bar 'Broken Arrow' possibly although it is still quite underwhelming) are quite frankly shit. 'All About Tonight' sounds like a demo for Rachel Stevens while TIU and 'Gravity' was terribly average. WDYTMF? isn't totally bad but it is still rather bad.

Although, her label have the right idea making her next single "album only" until its release. I really don't understand why other labels don't do it. I guess to prevent illegal downloading but I'm shocked JLS' label and the like don't do that.

Her next single is 'Kiss The Stars' and its at #94, not album only. The song that is album only is the song that is Tinchy Stryder's new single which she features on, and the album only track is basically part two.

The two versions of Bright Lights are quite different tbh, so I don't think Pixie's version would "steal" sales from Tinchy's. They're as different as the two versions of Empire State of Mind are. One is a Heart FM music, the other is Capital FM music.

That is what I meant. :P Still good intentions though.

Does anyone know why The Motto by Drake and Why I Love You by Jay-Z/Kanye have shot up so much just now? The former has jumped 100 places, and the latter, last time I checked, was about to fall out of the top 1000, and was almost behind Niggas In Paris (to which I was thinking "man, that was a bad single choice"). Are they 59p?
90. Pixie Lott - Kiss The Stars. I Hope a video is released as soon asap! Can't believe All About Tonight is still top 100!

Nice to see Jessie J so high, she seems to be in a good position to get a #1, the nominations for the Brits are due out in 2 weeks time.
is Domino a totally new track by Jessie or something? it seems quite strange its doing so well when its the sixth single and hasn't had a price reduction, or could it just be taking advantage of very little else being available

:cheer: :cheer:

Jester Should be delighted to hear that Adele - Set Fire To The Rain is number two on iTunes and should go to number one on iTunes by defult when Jason Mraz loses the effect of being number one, always happens in America. (USA Itunes of course) It's amazing how well Adele singles do without videos...

Hurrah!

Hurrah!

It's like 50% of the #1 though. I can't believe Jason Mraz can release a song out of nowhere and go to #1 with such a huge lead like that. I'm really shocked. He'll go into free-fall soon, but I'm still really surprised.

And Rihanna will be ahead of Adele in the official chart, because of her airplay.

That said, Set Fire to the Rain is doing amazingly, and I'm sure it will get #1 officially eventually, and I can see it spending 4 months in the top 10.

It's a new song from the re-release that came out about a month and a half or so ago.

I have no idea why Domino would get decent Video Airplay, the video is awful, boring and cheap.

that makes a lot more sense, I did wonder just how it was doing so well - I'd be glad to see it top 3 though, she's very hit and miss, but I do quite like this one

It's my least favourite single of hers - on par with Do It Like A Dude. But I still like it, so I'm glad it's (probably) ending her era on a high.

Do we know it's if her last single? There were three songs on the re-release, including a collab with David Guetta (and all three of them went top 200 on iTunes when they were released), so we could be seeing 2 more singles, maybe. If Domino goes to #1, I'm sure they'll do another one.

It'd be interesting if they promoted 'LaserLight' at the same time as 'Repeat'.

Like that stops a video by a high profile artist being played, I see videos like that all the time (and some worse).
