I can't believe all this unnecessary and unjustified hate for Pixie Lott and Kiss The Stars. It's ridiculous, if you don't like the song your taste quite frankly sucks but to hear every third person moaning about it is just OTT. Obviously the buying public loves it, I ADORE it and if you don't, start building a bridge for yourself and get over it, instead of repeating your hate 500 times.

Lol @ all this talk on Pixie. Was her album expected to set the world alight or something? Her singles have been very underwhelming.

If her singles were so underwhelming, she wouldn't be on her way for a third consecutive top 10 hit on the trot, would she? And All About Tonight wouldn't be nominated for a BRIT Award either, would it?

 

Her music video has been praised by critics, and has been likened to the styles of Madonna, Gaga and Kylie. I really don't get all the hate behind it :-S IMO it's a brilliant video and she looks stunning :wub:

I do generally like Pixie Lott, but Kiss The Stars is pretty awful. The video looks really cheap and some of the 'styles' she is trying to pull off really don't work. She definitely doesn't look ugly, but she can look so much better. The song is probably the worst single she's released so far and has some pretty awful lyrics. Shame it's doing so well compared to WDYTMF? as it's just encouraging her to make even more generic music. :(

if it were 'down with the trumpets' or 'when I was a youngster' then I probably wouldn't be as opposed as they were pretty good. obviously neither of them as good as 'titanium' though. I think it can manage to outpeak 'where them girls at', or at least match it's peak but not sell anywhere near as much sadly.

That was because Lady Gaga doesn't look like something out of Louie Spence's adaptation of Lord Of The Rings.
