I really want 'Titanium' to be at least top 2 this week! Well, I wanted it last week y'know.

HA! I love that 'Baby Cakes' is in the iTunes Top 100! :lol: One of my all-time favourite songs - I'd love it to get higher over the next few weeks. Also pleasing to see 'Commander' back in the Top 100 too :)

 

Babycakes is so catchy. Some songs seem catchy when they first come out, but then after a while you get used to them and they stop being catchy, but Babycakes still is to me. Whenever I listen to it, I always have to repeat it ilke 5 times. :lol: I didn't like the music video though.

Skrillex's progress is really surprising. I didn't expect Breakn' A Sweat to do anything! Bangarang or Summit should be next if he bothers with another single but I doubt he will.

Babycakes is one of those songs that you specifically need to take in medium doses. You can't listen to it just once, because you always want to hear it once more, but at the same time, it's not the sort of song you can have on repeat for 30 minutes without going mad.

Ive only heard of Sia since David Guetta and Flo-rida featured her, her voice is amazing !

Either Titainium or Wild Ones will be number one next week for sure.. more than likely Wild Ones as its new.

Bringing up the topic of Sia, her best for me are Clap Your Hands, Breathe Me, The Girl You Lost To Cocaine, Soon We'll Be Found and Bring Night.

 

I think Bring Night is the closest to what she's done with her collabs (well Wild Ones anyway, not Titanium), it's very poppy and upbeat. Clap Your Hands is too but it's got an alternative twinge, same with The Girl. Breathe Me, well look at the video above. Gorgeous song :wub: Soon We'll Be Found is pretty much in the same vein.

 

I've never been able to listen to 'Breathe Me' since a girl at school told everyone she lost her virginity to it.

I'd prefer him to release 'the way' or 'never had a day', although after 'midnight run' flopping I don't think there's much more chance of him having another hit from 'playing in the shadows'. :(

 

I wouldn't say 'Midnight Run' flopped - #30 is still okay for a third/fourth single. From 'Won't Go Quietly' he had 19-06-03-27-84 and 'Playing in the Shadows' has had 01-01-37-30 and the album itself got to #1 - I think he's done significantly better this album round, 'Changed the Way You Kiss Me' is one of the defining tracks of 2011.

 

He's already moving onto album #4 - speaking on Twitter he's already made some of the tracks and after his holiday is getting back in the studio. I believe an Ed Sheeran collaboration is paired up too, but I see that being released from Sheeran, not Example. Perhaps it's one of the 'big' collaborations Ed's been hinting at for his upcoming EP.

Nope They played The Saturdays - Faster Three Weeks Ago and The Saturdays - Ladykiller last week.

Cher Lloyd back ahead of One Direction and climbing from #38 (when I last looked earlier) pleases me. She needs to do some promotion and fast! If she isn't planning on doing any until a week or two before release then at least get the label to work something out with iTunes and get it to 59p! (Same with Kelly Clarkson - I'm really hoping she'll get top 5 soon!)
