After being released back in July last year in the US and reaching top 10 there, the song is finally being released here. Demi had a top 40 hit a few years back with "La La Land" and I think "This is Me" from Camp Rock also made the UK charts.

 

Release date is February 27th. A week before the album.

 

I think it should go top 10. I've already seen the video on TV a couple of times. Could have gone top 3 but they really have decided to release it way too late.

Not top 40. And if it does go top 40 it will likely bomb down the chart. She'll be lucky to get radio support.

I can see it missing the top 100 altogether now, although I do think it could've gone top 40 in the UK on hype alone back in the summer.

When I first heard this, I thought 'What a great song!' even before I knew who it was.

 

Deserves top 5 - preferably #1. :)

I really can't see this even breaking top 40. They have simply left it too late and radio and TV seem to pretty much blank anyone associated with disney (Selena Gomez deserves to be so much bigger here than she is). I absolutely love this song though and would love it as a number 1, which I think it had/has the potential for if given the promo it needs.

Its a bit whiny but deserving of a top 20. However I don't see it impacting at all

It had a brief amount of hype months ago, and she's never been a big name here at all. Maybe top 75 if it's lucky?

 

The only song of hers I really like is 'Remember December', although this isn't too bad. She's pretty awful really.

I noticed this in the background to some trailer for a BBC drama last night :o

 

I really think it could do alright with Radio 1 playlisting, which they've given a few acts like this in recent years so it's not completely out of the question I suppose. The BBC are obviously already aware that the song exists.

Hopefully it can go on to become the 'Jar of Hearts' of 2012! It deserves to be huge and she does have some sort of fanbase here. Whether or not that's enough to get her another top 40 hit, who knows. But I'm hoping it can at the very least go top 40.

Easily one of my favourite songs of 2011 :wub: Sadly due to them not releasing back when it was in the US (she could've had another solo top 40 with ease and maybe it could've gone higher), this will be lucky to reach even a ridiculous peak of 74 :(

Unfortunately I don't see this doing much. Getting held back for so long really hasn't helped it. Hopefully it can be a big hit for her, but I think this and the album are both going to flop.

I really hope this is a big hit here in the UK, it's always on the music channels though so hopefully it can be.

I think it will go Top 40 because of how long it was held back. However I really want much higher. I think it could higher because I keep seeing the video on music channels and have heard it a couple of times on radio.
