Since a tribute to both Amy and Whitney are expected at this year's BRITs, I wonder if Bruno Mars (who is performing) will do what he did at the VMAs and perform 'Valerie' as well as something like 'Runaway Baby'. On a side note, I wonder if 'Back to Black' will go top 40 again.

 

Bruno will steal the show tomorrow night. Hopefully he has a song go back into the top 40 on Sunday.

 

Hopefully him being there will give Mirror a bit of a boost aswell! :D

It's been trending on Twitter which might have brought it to some peoples attention and I think a video has been made for the song featuring Selena & Justin Bieber which was probably released very recently. Radio and/or TV might latch onto into now though, since it's getting this attention.

Twitter can be good promotion for songs, but I've seen songs trend on there and not enter the top 1000 before many times (which makes the sudden success of that song even more impressive!).

Personally, I think most likely it'll be Gotye. Outside chance at Emeli Sande (I'd love her to get it). It's possible a song from the BRITs could do it like last year, but it would need to be something truly massive, so it's unlikely.

I'm guessing Gotye will climb back to the top this week. I can't see anything "doing a Someone Like You" but then I guess I didn't see Someone Like You "doing a Someone Like You" either so who knows really! :lol:

I don't really care who gets it to be honest. There isn't a single song in contention for the top spot that I really care about.

"Next To Me" already pretty much caught Gotye with five days to go, plus she'll get a Brits boost tomorrow so I'd expect Emeli to be #1 on Sunday with virtually no drop in sales.
