What an absolute nightmate. Had my 1 track all ready for confirmations and...BANG...had to go out for an hour. I suspect my potential entry has been taken so will have to look for an alternative. Woe is me right now!!! :drama: :cry:

I have temporarily returned / confirmed! It's not the most inspired choice but it's wonderful nonetheless.

I'm in full Euroloon mode (yet don't actually have the nerve to send a rejected track to this), so I'm utterly DEVOID of inspiration. I might either send an orchestral remix instrumental of a track YEARS old that gooddelta is a noted fan of, a Finnish track which I think I may have missed the boat on slightly, or something by a former iPod advert artist who was last sent a good few years back.

 

EDIT: Or fuck it, I may just go ALL OUT and enter an old Melodifestivalen track that REALLY OUGHT to be more present in Buzzjack's conscious! *.* The only question is whether I go for something MILITANT or about as SCHLAGERTASTIC AS ONE COULD GET. Be SCARED

Only Den Vilda-Forsen Om Våren springs immediately to mind, which I actually mentioned that I was considering sending in the green room of one contest a couple of years back. Tumbleweed and 'meh' was the general consensus :( Beautiful piece of music though, you'd have my support.

Something will appear, it always does. But if you do go with it, don't be surprised if you land in a generic pop semi and land your third DNQ. Would be a horrendous injustice but I could envisage it happening :( Either that or it might 'do a Nightwish', it's hard to tell. My love for it probably owes a lot to my familiarity and love for the original song, so I can't be objective with it, not sure how instant I'd find the melody if I didn't already know the original. The good thing with new age music is that it's timeless, the Nightwish song is from last year but could be from any in the past 25. Likewise Den Vilda-Forsen Om Våren could pass for being brand new.
