I don't get the fuss with all these one-week #1's. With the exception of Cover Drive, all of them so far this year will/already have sell half a million copies at least, and I even include DJ Fresh in that. It's not like last year with Nero, Cher Lloyd, JLS et al.
Spoilers Matt :kink:

I agree.

The entire top 7 is exactly the same as it was in Wednesday's update. How dull.
Emeli will obviously outsell Fresh massively in the long run, but Hot Right Now is another fantastic #1 while Next To Me would merely be a very good one so :cheer:
Successfully breaking the string of great/amazing number 1s :(
It's weird to see DJ Fresh's discography with two #1s, one more top-30 hit (but what a long-running top-30 hit!!) and a big bunch of top-75 songs.

I agree, a string of number 1s who plummet I agree is frustrating, but all the number 1s this year have been worthy so far (as in sales wise, as none have plummeted)

amazing top 4 this week :D shame Emeli couldn't get a number 1 with her best song yet (imo) but Hot Right Now has grown on me lots in the past week, and could even have surpassed Louder now (which got very old quickly granted)

I agree. Most of them have been cilmbers to #1 aswell. Even if they didn't sell much, I wouldn't really care.

Oh so this rita girl and a dj that is fresh are no.1 hmmm i didnt see that one coming.
OCC have posted an article saying Hot Right Now is the first drum n bass #1 - so my assumption was correct. Go DJ Fresh with bringing 2 new genres to the top, must be a first... Great to see drum n bass finally claiming a UK #1.

(16) Nicki Minaj-Starships

This is better than I thought but it would have been better without Nicki on it.

Hot Right Now  Hoping that this is the start of great success for Rita, with 'Facemelt' or whatever her debut is to follow on this way.

I loved how he emphasized "DRUM N BASS" when he announced it.

Peaked at 2 firstly, and number 1 when the video and newfound success came around :D

Nearly same for me, peaked at no3 last september and then at no2 at the mo with Gotye's 6 week run the only thing stopping it having a no1 peak in my chart!

What was the release date for Domino? It wasnt on the original version of Jessies album, i assume it was added to the deluxe version in November?
