It's in the trailer for a new film - I can't remember what it's called though.

Thank you. :D Look at them getting that promo. :cheer:

I think Christina Perri is performing Jar of Hearts on Graham Norton tonight, so no doubt that will rise again.

So sad that she's resigned herself to being a one-hit wonder.

Ugh. I completely agree. Such a shame too as 'A Thousand Years' is better than 'Jar Of Hearts', imo. LET IT GO CHRISTINA! Start promoting ATY or at least something "new" from the album! (Like 'Arms' or something!)

*cough*BangBangBang*cough*

A shame because her album is divine and people only know her for one song.

Her album has done decently though, has it not? Hopefully at some point she will start promoting something else from the album though and get the album selling a few more copies!

Oh, Christina, you've done it again... Another climb next week then.

Here's her 18th top 100 hit as a credited artist in 81 weeks then - she just keeps going! I wonder if she'll hit 20 hits before 90 weeks :P Has this not been released in the USA yet? It's not top 100 in any case :o

Out of the current top 40 on iTunes, I heard 14 of them in summer 2011. :drama: And there's others which were around at that time aswell, even though I didn't hear them. So I really hope we get more big artists releasing new music in the coming months...

Jar of Hearts is the worst, there's probably some people who have been listening to it since summer 2010!!

Midnight UK releases on Irish iTunes:

25. Ray Charles - Chiddy Bang

51. Skyscraper - Demi Lovato

No sign of Dappy anywhere as far as I can see - it's not even as if 'No Regrets' was a flop in Ireland, it entered at #8 there. I'm not suggesting it'll flop here but it supports my theory that Gotye could hold him off. (I think Ray Charles could be a surprise big hit and maybe even enter higher than Rockstar as well).

Other somewhat significant releases at midnight are Friction's Led Astray, Mdaeon's Icarus and Utah Saints vs. Drumsound & Bassline Smith's What Can You Do For Me. The latter two have shown up as pre-orders (Icarus was a single pre-order and was in the 60s at one point before vanishing frrom the feed so should enter quite highly) and the former has Radio 1 support so could be a minor hit.

I Don't think Dappy is out in Ireland yet unti tomorrow. For reason the odd song doesn't get released until the Sunday (which is silly considering it loses 2 days worth of sales). The same thing happened with DJ Fresh a couple of weeks ago.

Oh, right - strange. Still, I don't think Dappy is guaranteed #1 at all.

Looks like Flo Rida will be up to #3 very soon. I wonder if this could still become a #1 at some point? I can see it being top 10 for absolutely ages anyway.

EDIT: Yup, he's now up to #3.

I knew Wild Ones would stay top 10 for ages, because Flo Rida releases before he even has a video, so when the video is out it keeps it there even longer. Love it, and Love Sia so i'm happy for it to stay around for a good while, like Titanium.

I have no idea  It'd be nice for another single to be promoted though yes

Please let Chiddy Bang's new single outsell Dappy's new "song". I liked 'No Regrets' purely for the gospel choir, shame the track wasn't just performed by them only. :( 'Ray Charles' is seriously addictive and easily the best track Chiddy Bang has released to date. The video is brilliant too.

I'm fully in camp Gotye or camp Chiddy for #1 next week. I'm even tempted to buy 'Ray Charles' on iTunes if it looks like it'll help the song to #1 or #2 behind Gotye of course. :D

Watch Dappy's desperate record company release 'Rockstar' at 79p!!! :drama:

Dappy must think he has the #1 in the bag anyway - he said before that he'd only release the album after two #1 singles - yet a release date has now been set. Sounds too much like 'No Regrets' for me, but worse - the guitar solo is just to boast about Brian May's unnecessary featuring. Hoping that like will.i.am's 'The Hardest Ever', it debuts lower than anticipated - after all the video is quite old now.
