Was it cos of the weather?

I don't know the real reason behind their rises tbh. I Gotta Feeling is always high, but it's been a while since it's been *this* high. And Club Can't Handle Me is on a new compilation album, but songs from compilation albums usually start dropping after a few days.

Has Young, Wild & Free been removed from iTunes?!? :o

David Guetta-mania still going. :drama:

Surely that's more evident from the 2 of his own songs that are top 10 at the moment?

Yeah lol.

On another note, we should have David Guetta, Sia and Nicki Minaj all having two songs in the top 10 again this week? If Hangover climbs in next week, and doesn't knock one of the relevent songs out, Flo Rida could have 2 songs, meaning 4 different artists could have 2 songs in the top 10! :o It must be a while since that last happened.

101. Flo Rida - Club Can't Handle Me

102. Black Eyed Peas - I Gotta Feeling

David Guetta-mania still going. :drama: I know it was sunny today, but people could've downloaded Number 1 and We No Speak Americano instead or something.

They pretty much played the whole of 'I Gotta Feeling' on Benidorm last night during a montage so that would explain it's rise, not sure about 'Club Can't Handle Me' though.

Why would it be released on a Tuesday?

EDIT: Unless you meant in the US or some other country.

01 Start Without You (10/10)

02 Bad Boys (10/10)

03 The Silence (10/10)

04 Hallelujah (10/10)

05 Elephant (09/10)

06 All Night Long (08/10)

07 Broken Heels (02/10)

Is that a Start Without You stan I see? :o

Life changing anthems:

01. 'All Night Long' (feat. Pitbull)

02. 'Bad Boys' (feat. Flo-Rida)

---

Great:

03. 'Start Without You'

04. 'Hallelujah'

05. 'The Silence'

06. 'Elephant'

---

Good:

07. 'Broken Heels'

The top 2 are possibly among my top 100 of all time. They really should be modern classics! :( (Although I'm sure 'Bad Boys' is.) Weird to think I preferred Diana over alex on X Factor, but I would definitely say that, bar 'You'll Never Get to Heaven' & 'Notice' (which would slot above SWY), I prefer Alexandra's singles to most of Diana's stuff, but if we're ranking them as albums... 'Overcome' is definitely more hit and miss than 'Songs From the Tainted Cherry Tree' for me.

Why would it be released on a Tuesday?

Oh my bad!! i kinda confused her release date with "Chris Rene's "Young Homie" (he came 3rd on X-factorUsa)

Although I'm sure 'Bad Boys' is.

No. I do love it though.

But there are still people singing 'Bad Boys', even now! I'd rank it along with 'Fight For This Love' tbh.

New entry predictions

Alexandra Burke ft. Erick Morillo - Elephant - 1

Nervo ft. Afrojack & Steve Aoki - We're All No One - 39

Michael Kiwanuka - I'm Getting Ready - 47

Miike Snow - Paddling Out - 62

We must hang out with very different people then!

Wow. i thought Burke's single was already out and it flopped

i haven't heard the track on radio or in the clubs but should be top 10 on her name alone.

This would be the perfect time for Nicki Minaj to release the video btw <_<

You might be right actually. I remember FFTL being a lot more omnipresent than Bad Boys and I would consider the former a modern classic but really I guess I hear them on the radio about the same amount these days so if FFTL is a classic then it's not a massive stretch to say Bad Boys is too.

EDIT:

Alex - #516
