That song CAN'T reach #1 thsi week, it's utterly dreadful! :wacko: I hope something, anything can prevent it!

I'm not surprised, it's quite possibly the least interesting song of the year so far. I've heard it quite a few times on Radio 1 and can't remember a single thing about it.

 

I think it's their best single so far, but then again it falls into the category of 'songs I like because girl I like likes it' (see also: Ed Sheeran).

Chris Brown has an ENORMOUS lead (Sean Paul is at 55.5%). He's definitely getting #1. The question is if he can hold it for more than a week - there's nothing big out next week so he should easily be able to do it, but if he's really frontloaded...

 

Woo at sean Paul overtaking Katy, although of course Katy now has a rapidly climbing second version so she'll probably stay ahead combined anyway.

 

7. ill Manors - Plan B

Should be #6 imminently but there's still a massive gap to #5, I really hope he can get up there :( There's very little in it between 2 and 5 so I think this will end up peaking at either #2 or #6 (on iTunes). No idea where he'll land officially, hopefully #6 at the very least now.

Looks like the two new songs from 'Teenage Dream - The Complete Confection' could go top 100. 'Girl Gone Wild' and 'Masterpiece' could challenge as well.

I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking 'The Swarm' sounds like a Lostprophets song! I do like it a lot based on the one listen on the chart show so I'm glad to see it holding up well.

 

It's quite similar to R U Mine? chartwise (not musically, just because it was released out of nowhere and entered the chart at #23 :P)
