Looks like the comeback success of Steps has spurred on S Club 7 to do the same thing! Something tells me that it won't be a success on quite the same scale, but you never know (not sure what the general public opinion about Jo is these days?). I certainly couldn't imagine a new 'Best Of' going to #1...As with Steps though, I'll be first in line for tickets to the tour, if they announce dates.

Impromptu S Club 7/S Club rate;

11 Bring It All Back

09 S Club Party

10 Two In A Million

08 You're My Number One

09 Reach

09 Natural

09 Never Had A Dream Come True

10 Don't Stop Movin'

10 Have You Ever

08 You

06 Alive

10 Say Goodbye

07 Love Ain't Gonna Wait For You

Some of their album tracks were better than these though - Let Me Sleep should have been picked over Alive for a start. Stand By You, I'll Be There (Tina's moment to shine), I Really Miss You, Show Me Your Colours, Straight From The Heart and Bring The House Down are all at least 9's.

OH MY GOD. THE EXCITEMENT. THE MEMORIES. I never got the chance to see them live so this brings joy to my life.

I agree about album tracks being better than most singles. Stand By You, Show Me Your Colours, Dance, Who Do You Think You Are... The Seeing Double album was pretty solid for an S Club (7) album.

WHAT IS LOVE? COS BABY I DONT KNOW. I GOT A FUNNY FEELING IN MY HEART. IF THIS IS LOVE, IT FEELS LIKE BUTTERFLIES.

I LOVED S Club. They had far more good songs than people realise, and I agree that some of the album tracks would have potentially been stronger singles (although I think all of the singles were pretty strong.) It always bemused me that Seeing Double was one of their strongest albums but fared so badly and led to their demise.

I did love a bit of S Club 7.

Sooooooooooooo Good. Only a Sugababes singles rate would see more 11's.

I absolutely LOVED S Club 7. They were so good, was seriously gutted that I never got to see them live ... their TV show was pretty damn amazing too.

'Love Ain't Gonna Wait For You' and 'Alive' are seriously underrated imo.

I would post something along the lines of 'Oh Good Lord no! :puke2:' but I would be lying if I said they weren't an INTEGRAL part of my childhood  I think I've only heard Bring It All Back, S Club Party, Reach, Never Had a Dream Come True and Don't Stop Movin', but all are at least 7/10 moments

If they have any more Reach or Don't Stop Movin among any new material they might do, count me in. I really love both of those, especially the latter. I haven't heard half of the rest, and I can take or leave what I have heard. Oh, Have You Ever as well. Those 3 are solid gold pop songs.

Have You Ever is so classy for a pop band single, Jo sounds sublime on it, it's like a long lost Carpenters classic or something. Shame she became so vilified in the media because along with Melanie C, in my opinion she had the strongest voice in British pop in the late 90s/early 00s.
I am never gonna get another album from Jo am I? :( Relentless was sublime.
Great news, would love to see them on tour! + Miami 7 etc need DVD releases, please. :kink:

Oh my god - S Club were my childhood! I grew up listening to them. Sunshine was the first CD I ever owned.

They had some brilliant album tracks too - LET ME SLEEP , Show Me Your Colours, Summertime Feeling, I Really Miss You , etc.

And the TV shows! Gosh, they were brilliant. I still watch LA 7 and Hollywood 7 occasionally as I have them on VHS. :P

Has this actually been confirmed anywhere? The amount of times that this has been said is crazy!

No idea, but just let me enjoy the moment. :P

Looking at the photo in the article - Paul has put on a lot of weight! I wasn't even sure it was him to start off with.

I'm having a total S Club session now in celebration of this news. I had forgotten just how much I like them.

I'm far more interested with a S Club comeback than with Steps. I loved these guys so much, still have one of the TV shows and the film on video somewhere. My favourite was Jo at the time but I prefer Rachel now.

Let's hope a tour goes ahead, would be so great to see them live again.

Tina tweeted "hmmmm" or something like that in which Jo replied "hmmm indeed" - Really don't know what to make of that, but they've neither confirmed or denied it.

I would LOVE them to reform, definitely one of my favourites from my childhood, I preferred them to Steps by far (I still love Steps too though)

NATURAL IS THEIR BEST SONG. Underrated imo. :(

Haha I loved Let Me Sleep, as well as Hey Kitty Kitty :kink: obviously I Really Miss You as well

oh I did love them a lot back in the day, 's club party' would probably be my favourite from them. so catchy, so fun. 'alive' would actually be close behind, one of their more underrated singles.

seeing them re-united is good news! :D I hope they go on tour like steps have, so I could go and see them as well.

S Club 7. The only act who have all of their albums in my CD collection and the only act who have all their TV shows/series watched by me. I was A MASSIVE FAN when I was 5/6. :D
