Album Discussion Here

You got it in one. ^_^

It's embarrassing how they are seen as the third-biggest British boyband now, despite them actually bringing the "boyband" back to the charts.

To be honest, if it weren't for JLS, would The Wanted and One Direction even exist? Would they be at #3 and #4 on US iTunes atm?

Whatever way we look at it, JLS have revolutionized pop music, INTERNATIONALLY.

Yeah that looks a bit random :o

Ohhh! I see. I was gonna say, it's not the typical album that would sell well.

That's what I was saying. One Direction might have existed but I think The Wanted would have gone the same way as the other band Max George was in. :P

It's hardly revolutionary given it's simply a renewal of the boyband formula. And until the other two have a bit of sustained success internationally it's hardly a huge boyband comeback.

Nice to see Larry's pic each week. :D

Guetta's album is also reduced on iTunes and he performed Titanium on one of the chat shows last week. Plus sales at the top are really low.

Poor him getting another week at #2 on the album chart without getting to #1 yet :P Although it's worse for The Black Eyed Peas who have like 10 career weeks at #3 without ever cracking the top 2.

Can't believe Paul Weller has only had 4 #1 albums as a solo artist :o

-x-

Good to see Labrinth staying at #4, I did think people were overestimating this massively! I do really like this but it's got nothing on Earthquake.

I wasn't being 100% serious. But yeah, it's a strange thought.

(23) You Me At Six-The Swarm

Typical britpop from them, nothing good

This really is the anti-Moves Like Jagger, it seems to be avoiding the no.2 spot at all costs.

lmfao

I still think Gotye has a chance of getting back to #1 tbh. Obviously not next week, but maybe the week after.
