April 8, 201214 yr I'm so happy!!! I could never have believed this would happen from when I discovered it in the Canadian iTunes chart at #11 - now it is #1 in the UK and worldwide!! GO CARLY!!! :wub: Hopefully she can have success with her next single which I assume will be Curiosity - another AMAZING track! :D

April 8, 201214 yr Nice to see Call Me Maybe at #1, to think I thought it'd be a random forgotten pop song when I first heard it ages ago. I still couldn't believe it'd do this until a few weeks ago, lovely song, love it even more now, and another great addition to this year's #1s.
April 8, 201214 yr I first heard this song on some MP3 blog in September or October last year, I liked it and thought that it could be big with a push, I just never expected the push to come. It didn't even blow up in Canada until the new year, shows the power of 'the Bieber effect' that he's blown this song up worldwide. Now if he could holiday in Scandinavia and do the same for similar stringy pop songs that deserve to be heard on an international scale, that would be great.

April 8, 201214 yr I remember hearing Call Me maybe back in January, I instantly loved it but I never thought it'd get pushed here! I personally think its gonna hang around for months and it honestly wouldn't surprise me if it ended up in the year end top 10/20.
