We need to stream Into The Groove to death 😉

Didn't Spotify show streaming numbers ? Could someone post ? I only use apple

Music .

It shows its worldwide streams, of which there are nearly 18 million, but not UK only streams.

So it'll be a million seller in the near future :cheer:

I wish, but I imagine we've still got a lot of waiting to do.

"Holiday" is now certified Platinum in the UK! @Liam.k.

It’s a shame that we have so many legendary artists who are under-certified because much of their sales pre 1994 aren’t recognised.

True but that's a lot better than before streaming when it looked impossible!

The Immaculate Collection is currently #99 in the UK midweeks! :o Would be wonderful if it could make it on the official chart - currently #16 on iTunes (and I believe it is charting on downloads only as the budget chart only deals with physical sales).

Should this album be re-released ?

What could be changed / added ?

This always outsells Celebration which I find quite odd !

The Immaculate Collection didn't manage to re-enter the Top 100 Albums but it was #91 on the sales-only chart and #25 on downloads.

On the physical singles chart, we have 'new' entries at #28 and #29 from 'You'll See' and 'Music' (both obviously originally charted on physicals only but I'm only considering physical chart entries from when downloads first came part of the official chart). 'Sorry' is also back at #44.

I suspect they could potentially make an appearance in the midweeks. I'll keep an eye out for info.

Ace to see both back in the charts....

...re the earlier post about The Immaculate Collection....they definitely should re release it....either add some of her bigger later hits or just re imagine it. It would be well worth the effort.

So both albums sold ~1.7k this week (Like a Virgin above the mark and Ray of Light below). Ray of Light has total sales of 1.726m (up 48k on the 1.678m it had sold by November 2006) and Like a Virgin has sold 122k since 1994 (it sold about 1.550m in the 80s so that puts its total at about 1.672m - up 46k on the 1.626m it had sold by November 2006).
