So the actual story is despicable and breathtaking.

But the organisation's very existence just goes to show how much money there is in spreading the idea that global warming is false.

The people who still believe in man-made global warming are mostly on the radical fringe of society. This is why the most prominent advocates of global warming aren't scientists. They are murderers, tyrants, and madmen.

I've never understood how the minds of the most extreme deniers work? The lengths they go to are getting on-par with the Westboro Baptist Church or 1930's Germany (although, of course, the intentions were far more grandiose there; I've got to avoid ridiculous comparisons myself!) and, to me, shows how cult-like some keyboard-scientists have came to be. Is it oil business lobbying or defending a political ideology? Fortunately, too much extremism inevitably backfires, as we're seeing here.

It just goes to show how utterly barking some of these people are. I can only repeat what I said earlier in response to a tweet on the subject. No doubt all the people quoted also believe that Tuesday is invariably followed by Wednesday. Am I wrong to believe that as well?
The American far-right scares the hell outta me. It's worrying how much power these people seem to have given their complete lack of intelligence or indeed brain activity beyond the basic breathing/moving/talking utter shit.

Indeed... The thing that always gets my goat with regards to this is all the people who think they're clever by saying "Globabl warming..?? Global cooling more like" and then laughing at their own pathetic "joke".... -_- They dont seem to realise that CLIMATE CHANGE is far more complex an issue than that... TBH, I curse the person who came up with the phrase "Global Warming", they made it far too easy for the deniers to argue their case....

I think we need to look at who's behind the Deniers, and what interests they serve.. More than likely it's the big oil companies and the energy companies who want to go around "Fracking" and potentially completely fukking up our drinking water supplies.... <_<
