May 23, 201213 yr Prepare to be jealous. It's cold in Russia. Well, outside it's incredibly hot in the sun (today was very windy and cold though; boiling sun + 10C wind = quite a combination) but inside is cold to the point you have to wear additional clothes to keep warm.

Single figure temperatures and rain suddenly became perfect sunshine and mid 20's part way through Saturday.
