I wonder can Kylie gain on the 3-5 region and actually _break_ it? It'd be brilliant, definitely a top-10 placing next week then.

76 Engelbert Humperdinck/ Love Will Set You Free. How well do you think he'll do in the chart? Top75?

I'm sure he will climb back into the Top 75 on Sunday and as for next week who knows  Really hope he can manage a Top 40 hit though!

Scissor Sisters on GN show, gives their new album a bit of a boost for next week.
Why is Rack City back at #86????

Probably the way girls have been dressing the past few days because of the heat has reminded people of this song.

But it's usually around #100 anyway I think. Perhaps it got played on the radio for the first time. :drama: Or maybe just the weekend effect, since it's a very popular club track.

We could be in for a big top 10 clearout next week - Gary Barlow, Rudimental, Lawson and Alexandra Burke are all releasing on Sunday, apparently a new Bieber song is out on Tuesday and Loreen and Kylie could be potential climber-inners.

I just heard a new Justin Bieber song, so maybe it's the one. It features Ludacris. It's nowhere near as good as Boyfriend, but much better than Baby.

It's the sort of song Buzzjack will probably hate, but they would love it if it was by a female singer. It reminds me a lot of Till the World Ends, Starships and Where Have You Been.

great to see Kylie doing so amazingly well in the UK & worldwide, :cheer:

it's in the top 10 in the itunes chart of many countries and top 40 in many others including the US!!!! which is quite a nice surprise....

I can see Kylie missing the Hot 100 though, now that they include streaming.

yeah probably unless she promotes there and it goes higher in the itunes chart...

In the last update (nearly 3 hours ago), Rita's popularity was 0.6000 and Kylie's was 0.5500. :)
There's a few artists I can think of that NEVER release on a Sunday, so Kylie doing it with one song isn't that distressing surely.

If the song gets a lot of airplay, I think it can still peak high (probably on its physical release week). If it doesn't get much airplay, it'll probably fall quite quickly, like most songs with little airplay do (ask Nero).

I can't see a brand new Kylie song *not* getting lots of airplay! She will surely miss the possible 10k of it's sales that'll fall into this week, rather than next, though.

Finally Engelbert has started to move - Up to #64  Hopefully will zoom up after the contest especially as he is on first, Loreen still holding up at #81 too!

Engelbert  54 [From #74 this morning] :yahoo:

Loreen  83 [From #81]

To be fair, Euphoria hasn't been heard again since Thursday night, it will shoot up after tonight.

To think a couple of months back, we were even doubting whether 'Euphoria' would even be available to buy on iTunes by the day of Eurovision.
