Thirding Klumzee & Ryan's comments - who knew there were like THREE PEOPLE sharing this sort of opinion, preferring a song to Euphoria? :kink:

Seriously though, my love for La La Love will only lead to disappointment, when it inevitably 'does a Getter'.

I know! :( Ivi's performing at the same position as Getter too I think :drama:

I actually thought La La Love would be the 'shock DNQ' (that or Aphrodisiac anyway), I was adamant it wouldn't qualify! I love it (needless to say I prefer the life enhancing blown away amazingness of Euphoria, my favourite to ever grace Eurovision) and it's in my overall top 5!
To be fair La La Love and Euphoria do make up my top 2 of the present. And probably by the end of tomorrow's show Euphoria will be back on top, it's just I've been obsessed with La La Love since last night's fantastic performance!
La La Love is right back in my affections too, she's such a joy to watch as she has so much fun on stage. Euphoria is something else though, out of this world amazing, and she's easing to the win!

She did really sell that performance, because really.. her vocals weren't that great, but she didn't seem to care that much, she was just really going for it, like you say, having fun.

I don't see Ivi doing an Estonia 2k11. I think top 15 is more than possible.
People are so negative about it though that I think most of us would gladly take top 15.
I would say that the big jury draw will be Spain rather than Italy this year. Italy will be high as well but I don't think they'll win, though I wouldn't be overly surprised at the same time.

Put me down for Loreen being an overall winner without taking either the jury or the televote though. But again I worry about Russia. I can see them absolutely landsliding the televote and I'm worried the jury won't be quite as scathing as we're expecting.

I agree, whilst there are several big contenders, I can totally see Russia winning the televote as well. Alot of the juries may not get it but at the same time some may get on board. They may end up picking up quite a few 6/7/8's I'd imagine. We will shall, should be quite an exciting night as its still quite open IMO, I guess the drawer tomorrow may well sway it.

Sweden are, IMO, a relatively safe winner for this year. I'm cautious to say by a landslide, but there is a decent chance it will too.

Italy and Romania will battle it out for the 2nd place. Russia might jussssssst about seal a top 5 position, a fair few jury votes and some televotes who will not be convinced by the whole joke and will keep it well away from the prize. I also think (hope!) Cyprus will do very well on the night, a top 10 placing is not unreasonable.

I'm also predicting a surprise flop for Serbia. No particular science, just gut feeling. I also think France will tank on the night, bottom 5 placing is not unlikely.

I'm just hoping for some sort of miracle for Anggun. Every other participant contracting a rare disease and being too ill to perform seems vaguely realistic but even then she'd probably come last.

My ranking of semifinal 1:

1. Latvia 5/5

2. San Marino 5/5

3. Finland 5/5

4. Belgium 5/5

5. Denmark 5/5

6. Greece 4/5

7. Cyprus 4/5

8. Romania 3/5

9. Russia 3/5

10. Switzerland 3/5

11. Iceland 3/5

12. Israel 2/5

13. Moldova 2/5

14. Hungary 2/5

15. Ireland 1/5

16. Montenegro 0/5

17. Albania 0/5

Me too :snif: Top 10 surely has to be possible? At least we know she will perform the arse off Echo...

Rumoured SF1 results: Link

1. Russia

2. Greece

3. Romania

4. Cyprus

5. Denmark

6. Moldova

7. Albania

8. Iceland

9. Ireland

10. Hungary

Looks reasonably realistic, but

Greece

second? Bitch please :smoke:

Greece

second and

Cyprus

fourth?! No Way, I'm not having that until it's officially announced :kink:

I'm so back on board with Cyprus now, I'd LOVE to see it shockingly finish top ten but I wonder if a lot of its potential voters will just vote for Euphoria instead?
