What is happening with Alexandra? I know she hasn't had much radio airplay, but still. You would expect a brand new Alexandra Burke song to do a lot better. She has done quite a lot of promo for it as well.

Can't believe Alexandra is only #37. :o

Has there been any other occasions where lead/pre-album singles have done this badly by big artists? I know Madonna went in at #37 with her single earlier in the year but wasn't there some stupid iTunes rule around that where you had to order the album first? And Duffy missed the top 40 with Well, Well, Well last year.

Yeah so surprised, brand new lead single to her album struggling to climb higher then #37  Her EP got as high as #17 and has dropped already to #20..

When She Was Mine looking like a low top 10 hit, pretty good for them.

Loreen  Has itunes froze or something? cause shes taken a long time to close this 5% gap?

I like that theory! Loreen has broke iTunes! :cheer:

 10. Feel the Love - Rudimental

WOO. Next stop: top 5. (Alexandra also up to #35 and Lawson up to #8).

That theory is sadly false as during that period, Kylie Minogue's Timebomb has dropped from #12 to #13 and now Rudimental have entered Top 10 now :(

I'd say Alexandra doing this awfully is by far the most embarrasing example of this. Alexandra's fanbase should easily get her top 20 at least, and then the casual buyers push her top 10. And yet she's only scraping top 40 with a brand new pre-album single, it's just nothing other than absolutely abysmal! This era is going absolutely horrific if this misses top 20! Duffy's was geniunely awful so I say that's the reason why it flopped.

It's been over 2 hours since Loreen was at 0.95 and yet she's still sitting at #2. I think she might not get #1

Yeah, it hasn't updated yet!

Alexandra deserves better material. It's a shame that the girl who sang 'Listen' with Beyonce on X-Factor is releasing generic dance stuff like 'Let It Go' and 'Elephant'. :( She's got an amazing voice but the material (and image) is seriously letting her down.
I'm pretty sure Loreen will be #1 by 5o'clock the latest. It'd just be nice to see her get there, and then top 10 officially
I'm guessing most Alexandra fans are just waiting for the album, but it is truly underperforming. I really like Let it Go, along with All Night Long. Hated pretty much everything else she has done though!

I just think that it sounds like the sort of big vocal dance song Alex or Leona should do, but you're right as well. Basically Euphoria is amazing and should be the worldwide year end #1 :kink:

Out of interest, what does everybody think the world-wide year-end #1 will be this year? I think maybe Somebody That I Used to Know, but it "lost" a lot of sales since it was popular in most countries in 2011. Maybe We Are Young, but it hasn't been THAT popular in most countries. Or maybe Call Me Maybe or a song yet to be released.

FINALLY and I thought she might not make it.

AMAZE, EXCITE, PARTY, REJOICE!
