WOW! A 15% lead for Loreen!! And she should still be able to stay stable for another day yet as she isn't "due" to fall until Tuesday morning! :o

Sweet Dreams My LA EX was a big hit, but it was really Some Girls that cemented her name in the history books.

Some girls always get what they wanna wanna, all I seem to get is the other other.

What the fuck is this shit? Yeah, they're good pop songs, but Rachel would probably be the FIRST to admit she isn't going in any bloody history books! Two good pop songs don't make 'one of the biggest popstars of a generation' - she didn't even have a sodding solo #1!

'Dreams of #1 last forever, it's the only way to make you feel better'.

Ask Rachel, ask The Saturdays, they could do with taking tips from Loreen really.

Well, she has made the history books, because Some Girls won the Popjustice £20 Music Prize in 2004 (and Sweet Dream My LA Ex was also nominated that year).

Icon.

As a Popjustice FAN I think I'd ALSO be one of the first to admit that the website isn't exactly going in the history books either. Nor does Some Girls winning the £20 prize make her one of the biggest popstars of a generation!

Okay, I'm not being COMPLETELY serious about Rachel Stevens.

To be honest, her and Britney were the first pop stars to spring to mind when I was trying to use example of some that mimed a lot (and I used the "biggest pop stars of our generation" to refer to Britney, but couldn't be bothered to remove it when I added Rachel to the list, but now I wish I could've been bothered :drama:).

I just remember she used to get to perform on like EVERY daytime TV show back when she was popular, and nearly always just lip-synced, so she was the first that came to mind for me.

15% lead! Get it Loreen!

LOL @ Alexandra Burke stalling once again at #31. Get that mega-flop!

This may be true but whoever tweets for Pop Justice on Twitter is a genius! So funny and sarcastic.

On a different note. I feel sorry for Alexandra Burke. Clearly talented but it's just going wrong. Bad choices.

Bloody hell, she has the top 2 on Swedish iTunes, 100% plus about 25% :o I can never imagine that happening here, the closest I remember was Lady Gaga with 2 versions of Telephone top 10, but the highest was #2 iirc.

What about Adele - 2 versions of SLY in the top 10 for ages

They were technically different versions though, a studio and a live, same with Cee-Lo who did it, clean and explicit. I doubt there's any difference in the versions of Euphoria and Telephone.

Oh, bless her

Let it go, Alex.
