Oh god, any thing but Usher please, even the new track by DJ Fresh is not #1 material, the new releases this week are just awful apart from Nelly.

Cheryl Cole has got #1 in the bag the week after she can't hardly miss can she, hardly any new releases that week. Its the return of the #1 weekly turnover. :(

Does anyone know where Preeya Kalidas is? I quite like her new song.
Interesting to see Usher the highest of the new releases. I've not heard 'Scream' yet but judging from the performance of 'Climax', I can't see this sticking around much - probably another top 40 for 5 weeks type hit.

If you've heard Ayo Technology by Skyla, then there's no need to hear Scream.

Usher had the massive advantage of his pre-order being a single - I expect by the end of the week he'll only be the 3rd or 4th highest new entry.

Pleasantly surprised at how high Nelly F and Dot Rotten are at this stage, hopefully they could both be on course for top 10 (I hadn't considered Dot as a top 10 contender, we could have a BIG clearout this week!) DJ Fresh isn't THAT high yet but I was semi expecting to come on and see him not even top 40 yet. I really hope he can still get the #1 or failing that Rudimental to hold on.

And it's not a new release, but:

Just dragged myself out of bed hungover as hell to see that Leanne won The Voice! Excellent news. :cheer:

I can't see the single doing much since Beeb aren't allowed to plug it, and releasing a cover when the pompous show kept referring to the contestants as "artists" just makes them look silly.

Nelly for #1. B-)

The best song ever created could be released next week and it wouldn't beat Tweedy... this is indeed a disturbing universe. :coffee:

You're right. Sing For Tomorrow won't go to #1. :(

I know its only midday but I expected Aiden to be a bit higher than he is - might miss the top 10 :o

Leanne Mitchell up to #31? :o

How many people actually watched the final last night? I didn't think 'Run To You' would be high up iTunes - probably somewhere around #80 by now but not top 30.

I'm sure DJ Fresh will have overtaken Usher in the next few hours.

Ooh an iTunes thread started by Jay, how post-modern!

Barring Usher, they all seem to be moving quite slowly... DJ Fresh/ Dizzie inparticiular I expected to be nearing top 10 by now
