I could not stand Leah, her voice was horrible and so affected. I really liked Cleo, Lem, Elise and in particular Lovelle, so overall, it was a really good episode.

I quite like Elise, Connor, Lovelle, Leah could be a potential if she said a better track, and the guy that sang with Jesse J, overall a great show.
I know Connor, he's played at gigs with some of my mates, a nice and talented guy. Haven't seen his Voice performance yet, but I imagine he did well.

I did wonder whether you might know him.

Last night's episode was so much better than the previous two, it was ridiculous! Cleo, Elise, Conor, Leah and Lovelle were all fantastic and I enjoyed Lem too. The only contest that got through that I found a bit  was Diva - them and all of the artists who weren't picked by any coaches were so bad.

I agree here. Diva were awful, you could tell that they're karaoke singers. I can't see them progressing any further in the competition.

Diva were alright but they're definitely very 'X-Factor week 2 fodder' so I agree Id be surprised if they went past the next stage.
That woman that was 6ft 2 was high as a kite, honestly! :o She was hilarious as well, all the facial expressions and the gestures.

Funny you say so, because my first reaction was 'oh dear, 2 Shoes haven't aged well'

Watched this late last night and really enjoyed it and think it was the best episode so far. Jessie J is really annoying me however.
Cleo is definitely my favourite, what a performer, and she just looked right (I know it's the voice, but still). Last night, as you guys have all said, was definitely the best so far.

And the winning act of the Voice 2013 are Clara and Barbara (The Opera Singers) :D

But seriously, the best acts tonight are Sarah Cassidy (Let's Stay Together - Tina Turner hit) and the last performer, whatever his name was.

Sarah, Emily and Laura were all fantastic.

I really loved Jessica, though - gutted that she didn't get through! Hopefully she comes back fighting next year, though.

Laura was my favourite tonight, a really good take on Spectrum! I loved Jessica too, gutted she didn't get anyone to turn, and Karl was very good although seemingly a bit overrated.

Ironically, I missed Alice I watched all of Britain's Got Talent rather than turning over to The Voice

The woman who did Let's Stay Together demonstrated what I don't like about the show. As soon as she started shrieking, I knew the coaches would start to turn round. And can someone tell her that together has three syllables, not seventeen?
Another strong set of contestants last night. There wasn't anyone that I particularly disliked, either. I really liked some of the acts that had no coaches turn around, too! Nick was a lot better on his second song though. My favourites were Sarah, Emily and Karl though.
Ratings grew by over 1 million to 7.9 million which shows that despite all the bad press that no one is watching it anymore, viewers are returning and it is still a ratings hit!

Well it certainly shows that people still want to watch it when it doesn't clash with BGT and the blind auditions are still successful. Whether they can continue this remains to be seen.

Anyway, I loved Laura last night, but overall, it wasn't my favourite episode.

The thing is if they had performed that on Britain's Got Talent, they would've quite possibly had a standing ovation, 4 "yes" from the judges, won their semi final, made the final and be given some recording contract to release an album of classical covers. They might not add anything to the music industry (even though I thought they were incredible) but the record company would make a quick buck from them.

Their problem is that they chose to audition for The Voice and I just don't see if they will benefit from the show if, as Jessie J said, they would want to push them and make them try different things. If Will.I.Am gets them singing an opera-lite version of 'Scream & Shout', 'I Gotta Feeling' or 'My Humps' then it really is all over for them. I'll be intrigued to see what exactly Will.I.Am will do with them.
