From what I've read, making a decent album is something she's struggling with. I haven't heard 'Curiosity', but seeing people's reactions have put me off listening to it :lol:

Her debut album Tug Of War is great, it's more indie-pop than Call Me Maybe but I love it. Curiousity is even better imo, if you like Call Me Maybe then you'll definitely like it.

 

As for Good Time... :wub: I always like Owl City and find him underrated (although Fireflies is still by far his best), wish he was more than just a one hit wonder :(

I have all three of his albums! And for me his best song is by far 'Strawberry avalanche' :wub: It's actually one of my favourite songs of all time! 'Good time' is quite good as well, and bodes even better for his new album than his recent EP.

Cannot get over how ridiculously feel good and cute this song is :wub:. So catchy too, it just has to be a huge hit. Not too different from 'Call Me Maybe' so I don't see why it shouldn't.

This needs to be huge. It's really feel good, harmless, fun, pop. I can't get over how much she sounds like Diana Vickers on this though :lol:

This is a nice song, hopefully it can remove the one-hit wonder status of Owl City and Carly Rae. Not as good as CCM and Fireflies but it could be a big hit if radio pushed it.

There isn't any evidence for that? I know he's a Christian but a google search hasn't turned up anything besides one tumblr note* (and there are far more results asking if he's gay/asking why homophobic people hate him), and given the way he acts in interviews, on Twitter and the subject matter of his music, I'd be surprised if that was the case.

 

Of course, I may be wrong, but I'm willing to give Mr Young the benefit of the doubt here.

One of my friend's best friends opened for him on tour a year or two back. It's definitely true...I mean you obviously don't have 2 believe that or whatever but if you just read about him it's so painfully obvious too

This has already charted at number 97 in the Irish top 100.

This is so catchy, it makes a great summer tune, we need a long chart runner at #1, it really could mass an easy 3 to 4 weeks at #1 especially now when the charts are pretty stale, mind you I prefer it as a stand alone Owl City track, but I can live with the collaboration it works. I just hope the record company don't hold it back, its got massive potential.
