I think he released it early because he's up against Nas (in the US). I think it's better this way, since both have a better chance at getting #1 now, like they deserve! :D

 

I think Frank Ocean would've done well if he didn't come out anyway. He's had so much hype around him for ages, and his music nearly always gets a very positive reception from most people. Obviously coming out will have increased his sales though, but I'm not complaining. :lol:

People would have found out as soon as he released his album anyway though. So any boost from his coming out would have had the same effect, before or after. Let's not do the music a DISSERVICE now guyz

Lee, a 99p version of Black Heart being Top 100 kinda gives the impression that the song is a genuinely big hit and would be performing around the same regardless (ala Need You Now), no? That, coupled with the fact that it's not even in the 59p songs section on iTunes (so therefore not being advertised on the cheap price tag). Whether you like it or not, Black Heart isn't going anywhere! :P
