God almighty, if flomac holds for a 3rd week her sales will be around 40-45k - terrible - what a dry period...i suspected maynard could do poorly(maily because the song is terrible, but that teenage girls would mop it up and thought MY opinion was getting in the way of reality) but thought sales would be soo low he could get a default one week slot at the top with 50k in sales......we need calvin/example,rita and owl city please!!

Whilst I wouldn't be surprised if Conor didn't nab the top spot - I think Itunes is still a bit behind... 23 seems too low considering its 4 o'clock - or maybe i'm over estimating Conor Maynard's fanbase

No Lucy Rose yet. I thought she'd be in the top 200 by now, especially now she's playlisted on Radio 1. :angry:

As for the NOW album, it probably might boost songs by maybe 1,000 copies (just an example figure). This will mean random songs will re-enter/climb lower down the chart, but it might not make much of a difference for the song high up the chart, where the difference between each position can be thousands or even tens of thousands of copies. In other words, it might not make much of a difference for Maroon 5/Florence, unless they're really close in sales.

Really... none of them have got a chance at the moment.

It would be a turn up for the books if Conor Maynard didn't get to no. 1 next Sunday but 'Vegas Girl' really isn't good at all.

 

So if there's a chance Florence can get three weeks at no. 1 with the sublime 'Spectrum' then I'm all for it. Maybe Calvin Harris will have back to back UK #1 singles (well, technically at least :P ).
