Looking at the promotion and reading all the comments on youtube for Wiley's song it looks like almost all of the sales for his song are gonna be made on Sunday. So he could have one of the fastest times for getting to number 1 on itunes this Sunday.

Really annoys me that people are talking about all the big hits coming over the next month and yet we cant get them for ages yet and yet irish itunes has them much earlier - thats why we have the situation were the top 10 is static for 3/4 weeks and then theres a clear out - i mean what would be so bad about releasing a few songs like owl city, of monsters and men and the killers say now??

The Irish chart route is better because the earlier, the better.

I'm not sure what's worse, the fact that the chart is so hideously boring and predictable over such a long period of time, or the fact that every song I've seen mentioned as being big that I've heard is truly utterly terrible!

Killers in particular - video's out now so by the time "Runaways" starts falling after all the immediate fanbase purchases it'll be propped up by radio and TV play.

I'm hoping it's performed at one of the ceremonies, should repeak then. I'm going to assume the album will have a proper lead single as well although it may be one similar to how the Vaccines do with it being "released" the same day as the album.
