I thought Vegas Girl would be higher than #91 by now. :drama: I want it to at least go top 10 and asap.

I think iTunes has frozen because nothing has moved in the last hour. :)

iTunes seems to be stuck, its been like that for ages. Nothing has been updated -_-

Yes, it always seems to have a late lie-in on Sundays... :w00t:

Really hope Train can get top 40 this week with '50 Ways To Say Goodbye' and I believe that they'll be able to. It's a grower, despite being a similar sort of sounding song to 'Drive By'.

I don't think we can quite call 'FLOP' on Vegas Girl yet. There have been times when songs have slowly climed to #1 in the past...

Sundays are usually when most people tend to go on iTunes which might explain why their chart doesn't update for several hours. If many different songs are being bought in a short amount of time, iTunes probably struggles to process of that information to update its chart.

No doubt once the sales ease off later on today and the data has been sorted, there will be an updated chart. Probably with Conor Maynard #1 as I expect 'Vegas Girl' to do just that this week (yes, I predicted Misha B to be #1 - got that one wrong!!! :drama: )

Itunes just seems to be stuck - pretty sure wheen it refreshes will be some big (Ish) movements...

Maybe Conor's fans have broken itunes ;)

We better get a few songs are least entering the top 10 this week. And they have to be new releases, since the gap between #10 and #11 is enourmous, and no existing songs are really climbing fast enough to get in there atm.

Just remembered the new Script track which features will.i.am goes to Radio from tomorrow, not sure if the track will be available to download as from tomorrow though.

This is the UK. Of course the track won't be available from tomorrow <_< (this comment's directed at UK record companies, not you)

The following songs would be top 10 right now if OA/OS existed in the UK

Rita Ora 'How We Do (Party)'

Owl City feat. Carly Rae Jepsen 'Good Time'

Calvin Harris feat. Example 'We'll Be Coming Back'

Omg YEY at Conor Maynard underperforming so far

23. Conor Maynard - Vegas Girl

37. Madeon - Finale & #45

Conor not heading for #1 then :( In that case Florence for a third week please!

23. Vegas Girl - Conor Maynard

37. Finale (Original mix) - Madeon

50. Brokenhearted - Karmin

112. Molly (UK Radio Edit) - Cedric Gervais

Cedric bombing so far :(

Come on 'Brokenhearted'! Hopefully it's one of those slow burners. Deserves to be just as big as any Ke$ha/Katy Perry song!
Thankfully all these awful new releases are underperforming! Conor Maynard's song is a very weak version of Can't Say No, Karmin is actually alright but very copycat and 'Molly' is just darn awful!
All underperforming then. Oh well, I'd be happy with a top 10 position for Karmin and Conor's new song is very weak so wouldn't really be a welcome number 1. So its probably now a question of whether Florence can hold on or Maroon 5 can sneak it with another version aiding them.

Who knows, 'Payphone' could be "Album Only" so it might not be as tight as people think this week!
Looks like another showdown between Florence and Maroon 5, once the NOW version of Payphone kicks off, hopefully Florence can keep a bit of a lead before midnight.
I hope Florence + The Machine hold #1 again next week. Maroon 5's lead version will probably be down to 0.55 by mid-week which may be enough with the other two combined to keep it off #1.
