They clearly do have the fanbase... When She Was Mine got top 5, this has had more airplay and their fanbase can only have gotten bigger since then. I'm not saying it's a certainty but it's possible.

As much as Capital want them to, I doubt that Lawson will get the number 1. They'll definitely go top 10 though along with Dizzee. The only other new entry in the top 40 that I see is Redlight.

I haven't heard Lawson's song yet, but I already know most people here will automatically hate it (because it's a boy group), and if it does go to #1 everybody will be really moody, and we'll get all the usual "Nobody will remember this in 6 weeks", "I bet it'll be out of the top 100 while Pound the Alarm is still in the top 10", "Lawson can get anything to #1", etc. comments.

^^ I'm not so sure about that Eric, imo 'Taking Over Me' is MUCH better than 'When She Was Mine' and is actually a good boy group song. I would prefer Wiley to have a 2nd week at #1 but Lawson getting to #1 won't be too bad as the song is better than their previous one.

This is a suprise. Caliban's Dream goes out of top 10, only for Turn Up the Love to climb up quick. Why has it climbed?

I think one reason for it climbing fast is that on the itunes website it was listed in the top 10 even when it wasn't actually in the top 10, so it got the "hidden top 10" effect and now its to #4.

Pound The Alarm #8 Doesn't seem to be climbing up since video release just yet..

I really want Bom Bom to go #1, I did like Loca People and We No Speak Americano but this is my favourite of the three, totally batshit crazy but I love it.

I regard it as the worst thing to happen to music, it's a horrible creation that should not get anywhere near even the Top 200, let alone No. 1!
