Well, Amelia Lily is doing far better than I had anticipated. :o After the relatively poor success of Marcus Collins and Misha B, I didn't think Amelia would fare much better. 'You Bring Me Joy' is at least a far better track than Marcus' cover of 'Seven Nation Army'. It's also quite the grower - 'YBMJ' is quite Girls Aloud and reminds me of 'Call The Shots' only with a weaker chorus.

 

Tulisa is bound to climb up iTunes and I stil suspect she will overtake Amelia at some point. Probably tonight after 'Live It Up' gets played endlessly in the background of The X Factor (which is on again tonight).

 

So Mumford & Sons 'I Will Wait' has been released then? I thought it wasn't due for release until a fortnight today. :o Kudos on the record company getting it released now even if it looks likely to bomb.

1. Tulisa isn't flopping. :mellow: She only appears lower because there are two versions climbing at a fast rate. Combined she's probably near the top 10.

Tulisa seriously will not go to #1 unfortunately. There's a REASON why songs like Right By My Side, Man Down, Look At Me Now, etc. don't get promoted as singles in the UK. :lol: I'll be surprised if it even goes top 5.

 

I agree Amelia will probably fall during the week, but Ne-Yo, The Script, Little Mix and Pink are also falling, so it won't be so bad. I think Flo Rida could be her main competition, if he carries on shooting up like he did last week.
