I hope try gets a big boost and hopefully goes top 10 as it really deserves too. I feel like pink has had a small decline in popularity recently since her greatest hits and funhouse albums. But then again truth about love and blow me have done well. So its not a massive drop.

All those people saying Leona and Robbie should get another slot, I think it's highly unlikely since they've both already performed on this series and it's unusual for people to perform twice on the same series isn't it? Although having said that I wouldn't be surprised if the One Direction rumours were true.

Don't think so. Rihanna performed twice in one season; so did Robbie Williams in 2009 and Take That in 2010. There's usually one act that performs twice each season.

 

Because there's no other Prime Time terrestrial music show?

Well, not everyone listen to radio and it was the first time the song was played on a national TV show. Besides, those who listen to the current hits are usually young people while X Factor has a more general audience. Plus, sometimes a song only "hits" you after you've seen a great performance of it. It's easy to ignore a song that is hammered down your throat by radio and then love it once you actually pay attention to a great performance.

About three people in a row on Twitter said Angel was performing on the show. :o The Tweets have been removed now and an earlier Tweet from Angel where he talked about having "fantastic news!!!!" has also been deleted. :S

Nick, there's still time for Nicole to be confirmed as the final of XF has loads more acts. :)

They would never have Angel perform on X Factor (at least not at this stage). :lol: But Xtra Factor would be cool.
