No, of course not. I am referring to you huge over reaction.

I thought it had that copyrighted, IRO a certain genre... :P

With Rihanna's Diamonds now not released till November, next week will be a battle between 1D and SHM. But it's already been decided.

<cough>Ellie Goulding<cough>

She might not beat OD, but she will easily outsell PSY, since he looks unlikely to go anywhere near 100k, even this week.

^ From her Facebook page - "UK, get "Diamonds" on Sunday 30/9! http://smarturl.it/diamondsit"

Interesting - if correct, sales for the top 3 could be exceptionally high a week Sunday!

Ellie's not going to go anywhere near 100k either going off her EP's rather limited success so far. I think she's more likely to be low top 10 than top 3.

btw, I love your siggie :D

I don't. -_- :P

I'm sure 1D will still get #1, probably off the back of those massive pre-order sales.

Erm, Rihanna is now releasing Diamonds on Sunday, meaning it's now a 4-way battle for No.1! OMG!

I think a new top 3 is most definitely on the cards - I'm predicting it to go One Direction, Ellie Goulding and then Rihanna at #3.

She Wolf up to #5 now - hopefully it can climb into the top 10 officially this week then. Was down to #14/15 on Wednesday.

A four way battle between who exactly? As if anyone aside from Rihanna would have a chance of beating 1D next week.

Hmm, I'm doubtful that Rihanna 'Diamonds' will be outsold by Ellie Goulding 'Anything Can Happen' but agree that both will be top 5 and outsold by One Direction.

Has it been confirmed that Adele's Bond theme tune is also getting released next week?

Tulisa might climb back up! :kink:

She Wold (Falling to Pieces) #4

Million Voices got a new peak on iTunes now at #15! :yahoo:

 91. Something Good - Alt-J

:o :cheer:

On the topic of next week's top five, I can see it looking a bit like this;

1. One Direction (150k+)

2. PSY (80k+)

3. Rihanna (70k+)

4. Ellie Goulding (40-50k)

5. The Script (40-50k)

I really dont see Ellie being as big a contender as people think. Her hype seems to be non-existant outside of the internet/buzzjack. I keep forgetting she actually has a new song. She'll do well (top 5) but wont be a threat to 1D. I will be surprised if Rihanna even manages to stop 1D. There is no other winner next week.

I could see Rihanna possibly stopping 1D - I'd imagine they're sales will be big for a couple of days + drop off signifcantly. Rihanna's will probably be steady.

Also she has a much broader fanbase than 1D's; which will probably help in the long run as well.

04. David Guetta & Sia - She Wolf

17. Mumford & Sons - I Will Wait

20. Muse - Madness

27. Nicki Minaj - Va Va Voom (Keep Climbing Please)

65. Demi Lovato - Skyscraper

108. Maroon 5 - Overexposed

Broader appeal maybe, broader fanbase absolutely not. She almost certainly doesn't stand a chance against 1D's first week but I'd be surprised if she doesn't overtake them the following week.

Yay at Guetta taking off some more! Is there a video for 'She Wolf (Falling To Piees)' yet?

Nicki climbing incredibly quickly, could this be another case of a post-album single debuting in the top 40? We've had quite a few of those recently ('I Cry', 'Avalon', 'Turn Around', 'Deepest Shame').

 65. Two Fingers - Jake Bugg

He seems to be doing a bit of a 'Ben Howard', racking up several low top 100 hits without making a proper breakthrough. His album could be big.

Grab that second top 100 smash :D

 96. Adorn - Miguel

Heard this song the other day, it's quite good, surprised to see it doing anything though.

108. Maroon 5 - Overexposed

Is that the single now? I'm wondering if they should even bother with one over here.

I can't believe Adorn is even top 100 on UK iTunes. His song, Sure Thing was one of the biggest urban hits of last year, and it didn't even chart top 200 in the UK.

What do you mean? They should definitely release another single on here, I'm sure they could get another big hit. But I just can't understand why they're not pushing One More Night over here.

I was just wondering if Overexposed was charting, and if it was the 2nd UK single. There just doesn't seem to be any momentum behind the campaign now. I do think they're right not going with One More Night, even though it's big worldwide, the kind of reggae sound really wouldn't work for UK radio, especially with the shitty weather

All 4 big releases will be top 5 next week.

It will probably be:

1 - One Direction

2- Rihanna

3 - PSY

4 - Swedish House Mafia

5 - Ellie Goulding.

Swedish House Mafia aren't out till the week after.
