Posted October 19, 201212 yr New week new thread! Theme: Club Classics Guest performers: Labrinth/Emeli Sande and JLS
October 19, 201212 yr I love Club Classics week  Though I wish they still called it Disco. God only knows what James will be doing. Jahmene better be doing You Make Me Feel Mighty Real.
October 19, 201212 yr Last year Club Classics was a complete joke of a night. Hardly any club songs. So no different than this will be. Still not interested enough to actually watch this farce but I'll be keeping my eyes peeled to see someone good thrown out over someone tragic for the third week in a row.
October 19, 201212 yr What a surprise that they're catering to Rylan's "speciality" so early into the show  I'd love it if he were in the bottom two again, but it's unlikely. Lucy will most likely struggle (again) also, but sail through. GMD3/MK1 would be my early bets to leave.
October 19, 201212 yr Hmm, not sure about the theme this week, as like above, hardly anyone sings proper club classics - just like rock week. If people do it properly, it would be great. Looking forward to Labrinth and Emeli Sande. :D
October 20, 201212 yr Fudge. I'll be watching on +1 an hour later so my observations might be a little late/annoying  Sorry in advance!!
October 20, 201212 yr The only legit club classic I can imagine being done is Show Me Love. Edited October 20, 201212 yr by Jark
October 20, 201212 yr Songlist apparently: Girls Ella - You Got The Love by Candi Staton Jade - Free by Ultra Nate Lucy - Titanium by David Guetta & Sia (it says 'style of Fun - Some Nights' on Tellymix, hmmm) Boys James - Sexy & I Know It by LMFAO Jahmene - Say A Little Prayer by Aretha Franklin Rylan - On The Floor/Don't Stop The Music by Jennifer Lopez/Rihanna Overs Christopher - Waiting On A Star To Fall by Boy Meets Girl Kye - Save The World Tonight by Swedish House Mafia Groups MK1 - Gypsy Woman/Pass Out by Crystal Waters/Tinie Tempah District 3 - Turn Up The Music/Beggin' by Chris Brown/Madcon Union J - When Love Takes Over by David Guetta & Kelly Rowland Genuinely DREADING Christopher, and Jahmene could be bad too. Could've been better for Ella really, but she'll smash it. Love Jade and MK1's choice, the rest are a bit uninspred...
October 20, 201212 yr Song choices from a usually reliable source (http://tellymix.co.uk/reality-tv/the-x-factor/112289-x-factor-2012-spoilers-week-3-club-classics-song-choices-songlist-live-shows.html): Girls Ella Henderson – YOU GOT THE LOVE’ – CANDY STATON Jade Ellis – FREE’- ULTRANATE Lucy Spraggan – TITANIUM (STYLE OF FUN – SOME NIGHTS) Boys James Arthur – I’M SEXY AND I KNOW IT’ – LMFAO Jahmene Douglas – SAY A LITTLE PRAYER’ – ARETHA FRANKLIN Rylan Clark – J-LO – ‘GET ON THE FLOOR’/RIHANNA – ‘PLEASE DON’T STOP THE MUSIC’ Overs Kye Sones – SAVE THE WORLD’ – SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA – BALLAD VERSION Christopher Maloney – WAITING FOR A STAR TO FALL’ – BOY MEETS GIRL Groups MK1 – ‘CRYSTAL WATERS’- GYPSY WOMAN INTO ‘PASS OUT’ – TINIE TEMPAH District3 – BEGGIN’ – MADCON WITH ‘TURN UP THE MUSIC’ – CHRIS BROWN Union J – WHEN THE LOVE TAKES OVER’ -KELLY ROWLAND EDIT: Whoops, me and Liam posted at the same time. Edited October 20, 201212 yr by JosephSwift
October 20, 201212 yr James Arthur's performance is going to be exceptionally awful! :drama: The song choices aren't anything special - some of them are relatively recent so how they can be classed as "club classics" is beyond me! Edited October 20, 201212 yr by liamk97
October 20, 201212 yr It's been a while (two years?) since I've tuned into this. I'll try watch tonight and do my translations at the same time. :drama: 'Gypsy Woman' would be amazing on it's own! Such a classic! All of the other choices are dire. :(
October 20, 201212 yr Tellymix just took down the choices, so I'm apprehensive as to whether they're right, although equally they could've been taken down so as few people as possible see them
October 20, 201212 yr How is You Got The Love a club classic, especially as it will no doubt be the Florence version
October 20, 201212 yr How is You Got The Love a club classic, especially as it will no doubt be the Florence version I'd say that was a club classic, the Florence + the Machine version and the The Source version.
October 20, 201212 yr Kye Sones – SAVE THE WORLD’ – SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA – BALLAD VERSION I think a ballad version of this would actually sound quite good. But like I say, this is club classic week, i.e no ballads.
October 20, 201212 yr I'm watching it live :cheer: That definitely was'nt Dermot dancing was it?!?
